There is various reason this man needs to be sacked, but that picture of him wearing a tracksuit with the joggers all bunched up round his ankle is the biggest reason. Scruffy tramp

He's a custodian that King Power highly value and don't want to part, unless something drastic like relegation happens again.

Worth getting relegated then if that's what it takes!

Doesn't mean he can't be ****ed off to another part of the club

I really don't blame the players or the managers for our demise.

It's purely down to Top CEO and the DOF.Top needs to grow a pair and sort the club from top to bottom. Seems Whelan has problems with Top and his arse lick as she don't sit with them. Maybe Top n Rudkin should fvck off and leave it for her to run.

Stay up or go down this summer needs a total clear out from Top to bottom. If it clears the dead wood give it away and cut our losses.

Again, the solution is just incredibly simple. Give him a bullshit promotion to Exec Director of King Power Sports Group or something, let him do the horse racing and polo, buy Tigers and give him them to look after - all the things nobody cares about. Then recruit a full time Leicester DOF that is theoretically under him and let them bring people in to reboot this side of LCFC.

Everyone wins, nobody loses face, no issue around loyalty or any of that Thai cultural guff.

What’s most disheartening for me, is that Steve Walsh had to leave because Ruskin was in this role. After the title win, we should have built the club around Walsh and his ideas.

I still think he’d be welcomed into that role if we ever did get rid of Rudkin. I remember hearing how when he arrived at Everton as DOF he tried to sign so many players that went on to big things (possibly even a very young Haaland if my memory is correct) but the owner wouldn’t have it. Basically didn’t allow him control and pushed players on him before making him the scape goat.

He never got the shot he deserved in England really and I believe he’s out in Carolina now.

Walsh also recommended Hull duo Andy Robertson and Harry Maguire for a combined £20 million and teenage Norwegian striker Erling Haaland for €4 million; Everton rejected the trio, whose values soared years later.[8]

The Club is stuck. Relegation was down to Rodgers locking horns with the Executive. No way, with the talent we had, should we have gone down.

Rudkin, Whelan and Top seem more interested in maintaining their positions than doing what's best for the team. I state 'seem' because one's met with 'mushroom management' - that being kept in the dark and fed sh1t. The fans, who see the ongoing situation with much more clarity, are treated like unavoidable nuisances, instead of integral to the club's well-being.
Top just isn't an effective effective leader and business manager. Rudkin and Whelan appear to be hanging on to their positions because they've been there forever - not because of the very necessary dynamism necessary for the job. It's reminiscent of 'The Office' - yet without the laughs.

The result against QPR indicates that maybe Nistelrooy is getting through to the players, but the team needs an adequate executive working to ensure we stay where Vichai's acumen placed us. The current placeholders aren't performing to anything like the necessary level.

I’d take Pearson in as DOF in a heartbeat. Not because he’s the best man for the job. Not because of his links to the club. Because the man knows how to set up a team around him to function well. A “whole of club” approach that has been weathered away post title win.

Now obviously he won’t want the stress of day to day managing the club top to bottom. A consultancy role with the ability to conduct meaningful change would do me lovely.

How old is he now? I thought he was getting on and looking to slow down back when he was with us and wanted to be closer to home in Lancashire when he went to Everton (figures why he is in North Carolina now lol).

Ive looked it up and to be fair, most links put him at 60 but also refer to him as our former centre back….
