Like, it's not fair? Would it make it better if I said I just don't like his picture? Because I don't. Mate. I’ve had so many conversations about his picture Theres not another HR Director in the world that looks like that. It’s like he ****ed off being a bouncer and though… nah… I love people now 1

foxes_rule1978 Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 I have said this before, but Vichai was the man, and unfortunately Top was left with a bigger job than he could handle after the tragedy. It was certainly given to him sooner than he ever expected.

Voll Blau Posted 16 May 2023 Posted 16 May 2023 Said to a mate last night, the biggest problem the club have had is that they've tried to act like a big club in areas where they should be acting like a smaller club, and a small club in the areas where they should be acting like a bigger club. 3

They should be ashamed for the quality of the kits this season. The black kit whilst it looks nice is one of the worst made kits we've ever had. Not even worth the £20 it now is in the sale. The worst part is, they'll be worse next season and even more expensive.

Hopefully we can get Topps Tiles back as shirt sponsor. Some of these players deserve the humiliation.

Clubs internal structure is a weird mix of people that have joined from big clubs combined with people like Neville and Rudkin that have been around since the League 1 days. Then you have fans that trot out the “little old Leicester “ BS whilst at the same time thinking it’s completely acceptable to need 200 forms of ID to attend a home game 2

Popular Post lcfc278 Posted 16 May 2023 Popular Post Posted 16 May 2023 I get the defending of Top etc. because of our history but some fans need to pull their head out of their a**e. The fans, real match going or game watching fans that know football have been saying this has been coming for over a year and a half and you could see it. In that time they've allowed Rodgers to basically take the p**s out of the club from the fans to the players to the owners. It felt like he'd ran out of ideas in the run up to the FA cup win but I think that win, and rightly so, got him another season. But for me since we lost to Forest in the cup the next year the writing has been clear as day on the wall, he needed to go. They've let him stink the place out. Secondly they've let this absolutely farcical contract situation occur leading to a number of players not giving a s**t how we play or where we end up at the end of the season. Thirdly, the treatment of fans the last 12-18 months has been nothing short of contempt - I genuinely feel that even if we'd been playing ok this season and finished mid-table, I'd still be p****d off with the board for the direction the clubs going in. A lot of people saying that we shouldn't let football affect our happiness and mental health etc. If relegation had come as it has in the past I could take it a little easier but it feels like they've genuinely p****d it up the wall. 5

Thank you, Simon Capper for signing off on all those ridiculous contracts. Thank you, Jon Rudkin. Thank you for sticking with Rodgers for two years while he was crying out to be sacked because he knew he'd lost it. I don't have a clue what you two do Andrew Neville and Anthony Mundy, but thank you for your contributions to ensuring we play in the second tier. The best tier. Thank you, Nick Oakley. Whatever strategies you are in charge of really seems to have paid off. Well done. Thank you, Anthony Herlihy. This season has been second to none as far as comms go so you've really been worth every penny of the money you've received from the club. Thank you, Liam Dolan-Barr. Thank you (also) for signing off on all of those ridiculous contracts. Lastly, thank you to Dan Barnett for the idea that £63 is in any way reasonable for a shirt that cost pennies to make. Thank you all, LCFC Board. Thank you for your competence, diligence and care. Now fvck off. I read this to the tune of a popular Alanis Morissette song. Thank you. 2

All top has done is invested more and more money in the club. It’s not Tops fault we’ve spunked 16mill on Vestergaard and 70k on his wages and done the same for the most recent 10x Rodgers signings. ...irrespective of all this, he left Rodgers in position, when he was the only one who could have removed him!!! He will always bear the burden for this.
