Popular Post Koke Posted 8 October 2023 Popular Post Posted 8 October 2023 For me, Sheffield Wednesday can go right back down to where they belong. The most overrated "big club" ever. Football has passed them by. 4 1

Could be a good one for Birmingham Just rotten from Birmingham. I think if you supported them you could stomach them sacking Eustace if you had a proper coup lined up but ****ing Rooney? It's a sidestep at most. It just reeks of wanting a name for wanting a names sake. 1

In fairness to him, he did a half decent job at Derby, given the mess they were in. I can’t comment on DC United. For all I know, Freddy Adu could still be playing for them. 1

CosbehFox Posted 9 October 2023 Posted 9 October 2023 People mentioned as well Rosensior was the brains at Derby.

ALC Fox Posted 9 October 2023 Posted 9 October 2023 I wonder how those cheering Tom Brady's involvement just a few short weeks ago will respond if Rooney takes them back into the obscurity of the bottom half of the table.

Tuna Posted 9 October 2023 Posted 9 October 2023 Clown car decision from Birmingham They tried this with sacking Rowett and appointing Zola 1
Tuna Posted 9 October 2023 Posted 9 October 2023 What is the fascination with appointing a "name" Why do clubs think that being a big name trumps being a good manager Don't get it at all

As I did when they did that to Rowett but they circled the drain for a bit and avoided it. Annoys me even more that these decisions never get any publicity whereas when we have made changes, we get a media storm. I suppose that’s the difference between being relevant and irrelevant!
