I hope not though—they deserve a lot of credit and their continued pressure on us can only be a good thing for our development. That aside, I think it would be a poor decision of McKenna to leave for Palace. Brighton is another story, but that only happens if a club poaches De Zerbi. I don't think that will happen mid-season. Yeah palace is probably the most boring job in the prem.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 31 December 2023 Posted 31 December 2023 McKennas stock is probably as high as it could ever be right now I could see him jumping ship. You do feel like a couple more middling results for Ipswich could derail them quite badly at which point McKenna loses a bit of credibility. If he's going to get another job, now would be the time. But the same could be said for Enzo as well to be fair.

I don’t know why but I could see him replacing Pep when he leaves Man City. Are you mental? We all know Brendan Rodgers has already got that gig. 3

They had 4-5 key players out for QPR game told to me by an ipswich fan, a bug going round and injury to hirst, they played norwich, us and leeds in their last 6. Unlike Leeds there is a clear reasoning for their dip and every reason to believe its temporary but will see, either way mckenna has done an astounding job there. They might not make second, but I think they will be top 3 come end of season. Edited 31 December 2023 by Chrysalis
Super_horns Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Early contender for goal of the year from Pritchard .
Nalis Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 With Rusyn scoring Sunderland's 2nd, is that the first goal by a striker this season for Sunderland?

Though I honestly don't think a club like them will have interest in a guy with such a consistent record of destroying squad value. Mostly I'm just intrigued by the idea of the Poison Dwarf at Beheaders FC.
cruzFOX Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 What’s the chances the chasing pack all drop points again today? They all got tough games it seems.
BKLFox Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Getting their monies worth down in Plymouth 3:2 already
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Ipswich struggling again. Offside goal for them at some point and a stonewall pen for Stoke not given coming up no doubt.

JimJams Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Edozie went off after a bad challenge in the first half for Saints. Could be a big blow for them if he's out for a while.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Customary helping hand for the Championship darlings.
ealingfox Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 The EFL top brass have got money on Ipswich going up haven't they 1
Noahfence Posted 1 January 2024 Posted 1 January 2024 Can’t wait to see what this Stoke red card was for
