A bit moot given it’s incredibly unlikely Nacho plays for us again 

 

1 year left. Been here 6 years already. Always been undervalued and underplayed. 
 

Any savvy PL team would be looking at him, so we will receive offers. 
 

He’s only got 1 year left so we’d need to sell him this season if he doesn’t extend, and why would he sign on when we can only offer him less money and no guarantee of PL football anytime soon?

How many can they score? 40 each. They won't do that but a good season for both couple mean 30 and I'd definitely expect Nacho to get close to a goal contribution every game. All depends how the team is doing.

In the right system with a good manager either or both could tear it apart. I could see Daka hitting 30+ in the unlikely event that we get our act together, keep him and make him the focal point of our attack.

Daka scored for fun in the Austrian league and his pace is absolutely filthy. Put him up front with Nacho or whoever is still here in August and he'll cause havoc. Bag a couple early and he'll gain the confidence he clearly lacks at the moment.

 

I could honestly see both of them bagging 20.

Can’t believe people think that Daka will tear the league up (assuming he’s still here). I love it when people refer to his pace as if we have seen any conclusive evidence of him being fast. 
 

Pace is an irrelevant trait when you get muscled off the ball every single time. Its quite obvious that practically every team will setup in a low block next year, so I can’t see him getting in behind defenders.

 

Kel is different, although I don’t think he’ll be here next season. He actually has the right footballing intelligence and movement to score goals, I’m convinced that he would get 25+ should he stay. But like I say, it’s a moot point as I reckon he will get a decent move.

I would worry that he's light weight for the championship, but his pace would cause issue in the opposition defence.

If both played together for majority of season, I'd be massively shocked if they didn't get 20 each. You could probably throw 10-15 assists onto Kels score too

It's quite alarming how people on here think the championship is like a cakewalk to anyone who has played in the prem. Daka has been largely dogshit, and to suggest he'd get 30 goals or ridiculous things like that is naive in the extreme. The championship is extremely high quality and competitive. Those referencing the Austrian League- the Championship is miles clear of that standard. If people think we will piss the league they are in for a rude awakening. It wouldn't surprise me if most of these people have hardly watched a championship game in the last few years and assume it's a poor standard.

Imagine actually playing to Daka's strengths and not tossing him onto the wing or expecting him to hold the ball up could result in a very decent return.

There is a big difference between capable of and will do. Daka is absolutely capable of 20+ goals in the Championship, he wasn't far off averaging a goal a game in the Austrian Bundesliga in his last two season with Salzburg. He's hasn't had any significant run of starts for us. Nobody is saying he definitely will score loads in the Championship, but it's weird to suggest he's not capable of it.
