That’s at least what Tutto Juve are reporting and add that Brighton have identified the 27-year-old as a target in this window. So far only Cags has made a massive step up and gone to a huge club. Edit: obviously spurs are a big side, but they're needing a huge, huge rebuild so I'm not including them as a "huge" step up.
