CrazyKopCorner Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 Lets face it on current form he's found his level. The lad clearly has potential and has glaring deficiencies in his pass decision making and accuracy that if he improves this it will make him a Premier League quality player.
Claudio Fannieri Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 I think if he stays he will have a standout season, a year under Maresca and I think he will be flying and becomes one of our main men in the team. The only way we sell is if we receive a ridiculous offer of £40m + which enables us to bank £10-15m and use the rest to bring in 2/3 quality additions that strengthen us overall. 2

It helps to talk about it mate I think we are raising some good awareness for those of us less fortunate in our locations of birth and challenging some of the discriminatory attitudes shown earlier in this thread towards KDH. Justice for KDH ✊🏻

He's obviously better than the Championship. He was one of the better midfielders in the league for Luton 3 years ago, 2 years of PL experience have only improved him. 6

I hope he proves you right - Possibly judging him on last years performances is not fair as the whole midfield was pretty hopeless 1

He had a quality last 20 minutes from the entire 90 against Cov and barely featured at the end of last season but people are generally worried hes too good for us and will be sold because some nonsense source says Liverpool are interested? Hilarious Player of the year for Luton in championship

Claudio Fannieri Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 Big difference this season is Maresca is giving him licence to be one of our main attacking threats and already he its bearing fruit for him. I always felt Rodgers mainly used him for his athleticism and energy and that he was encouraged to do a lot of the dirty work for Tielemans and Madders. 2
brookfox Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 If he does stay, I think by the end of the season we'll be talking about how amazing his left foot is, and not how bad his right foot is.

He scored in the first game last year as well though...then only got one more. Feel like he's always had licence to go forward, just hasn't been very productive. It's an area of his game he needs to improve.

Although I did have to settle for Derby Royal because she wasn’t keen on carting down the M1 to get to the General whilst in labour….. Selfish if you ask me. look, I’m not saying I have a favourite child all I’ll say is one of them was born in Leicester and the other in Derby, you read into that how you like. I think we have found your regular from the bar @Vlad the Fox! @CountesthorpeFox1, in case you didn’t see Vlad’s post on the previous page I used to work in a bar many years ago. One night one of the regulars came in to celebrate the birth of his son. Turned out he was in nottingham with his wife when she went into labour. So he did what any self respecting Leicester fan did and got her to the car and drove her all the way back to Leicester despite his wife's protests to take her to the queen's med. His words were "no child of mine is being born in nottingham" 3
lcfcbluearmy Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 I don't quite understand people on here claining that KDH was one of the 6 that asked to leave or dosent support Leicester. Unless you know him personally which I doubt anyone on here does you can't know this and there has never been any evidence to any of these claims. He is one of the few players that always seemed to give 100% last season and looked absolutely devistated when we got relegated. Also according to some of the people who have interviewed him I think it was OPA on radio Leicester that said it is clear how much he loves this club. So unless you actually know him personally all the evidence points to him being a fan and loving this club and all his press statements especially since maresca joined have been about how much he is enjoying it here 1
Wymsey Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 (edited) Actually think a strong season in this league could potentially do him the world of good; especially in trying and being effective in new parts to his game like shooting more for example. And make him prepared more for, hopefully, top-flight football next season. Edited 9 August 2023 by Wymsey
lcfc sheff Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 £30-£40m I’d take it but more than happy for him to stay. He’s more than just the chap that can run for days on end and think this maresca system will see him thrive, was massively neglected in the Rodger’s system often used for just his running

stevostadium Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 lets look at facts. Madders best midfielder goes to spurs Tielemans 2nd best midfielder goes to villa KDH behind them in pecking order will no way start for liverpool, he be english talent for squad. From what i told he loves it here and the gaffer and style of play That said money talks

FoxyJim1987 Posted 9 August 2023 Posted 9 August 2023 It has to be a nonsense this. Under long contract and we build the team around him, it would take a monster fee. Unless he came out and said I want to go ( he wouldn't) then it's a no go. 1

For posting anything above what these two ever achieved with pen or behind a microphone, though Carragher did reach 3 metres while spouting off…( have I spelt that right)..

We didn’t win a game KDH didn’t start last season apart from Wolves at home and he came on at half time. I think some people underestimate how good his press has always been for us. He’s not technically brilliant but he brings organisation and can actually play football off the ball, unlike the rest of our midfield last season which left the defence so exposed 1
