He will be rusty when he cones back people. No way is he flying out the blocks plus the worry of other small muscle injuries too. Did we over play him  I wonder? How did he get such a bad long term injury in the first place?

played too much in a short amount of time

Literally fallen off since he's been out.

Games when Wilf hasn't played:

That is genuinely fantastic news. We've just got to hope he doesn't break in the run in and the points record is in the bag.

He thought he was back six week ago !

This time Maresca also said he should be back in full training next week.

Thing is, he's going to be rusty when he comes back and a very much doubt he will be able to get through 90 mins. When i look at his games before this latest injury i see that the most mins he played in the last 3 games was 70 mins and his last goal contribution was 13th December.  Fingers crossed he comes back primed and super fit, but we might need to be a little more realistic than that.

As long as he's fully up to speed for the playoffs 😎

The guy is immense and the stats appear to show that. A whole point less a game while he’s been out is ridiculous and I would doubt it is entirely down to his absence, but still. We need the guy fit and firing.

He got into two very good positions when he came on, it was poor execution which stopped him getting a chance. If he plays for the whole run in then we will have nothing to worry about.

So we can change this now to.

With Wilf

P22 W19 D2 L1 PPG 2.68

Without Wilf

P14 W7 D1 L6 PPG 1.57

nothing more to say.

Come on Wilf! Get us over the line!

I'm worried that he played yesterday when he wasn't fully fit, but Maresca brought him on anyway.

Hope there's no recurrence of injuries that leaves him out longer. Need all the bodies and experience at this time.
