Think early season he was bailing us out quite often but the longer time goes on the less convinced I am by him. His shot-stopping is steady but he's excelling at basically nothing else.

No. He’s just sh*t at goalkeeping. It’s a very different pursuit in a team game alongside 10 outfield players.

Like Thomas, Ayew, Daka, Ricardo and Hamzah, he’s simply not good enough. 
 

I don’t look at a keeper inspiring confidence in the 10 ahead of him. Granted he doesn’t get much help from a bang average defence, but I can’t fathom how Begovic hasn’t been given more of a run given some of the clangers he’s dropped.

Quite staggering how poor his handling has been recently. Everyone was raving about him vs West Brom but some of the saves were palmed back in to danger that we got away with. 

 

That one last night is so weak, it's muscle memory of palming everything as standard and not having the millisecond ability to judge what can and can't be retained. Poor

Agree, totally. I don't think he's a terrible keeper and I don't remember him doing this early in the season as much or last year. (he may well have).

He did it 5 mins before as well and got away with it. Big mistake bringing him back in when he had a few games out.
