The more you read on stuff like this, the more you really hate a lot of last years squad.

I didn't need to read anything to despise them and it go further than the last year, a real unlikeable bunch.

The more I read just confirms everything.

Which makes you wonder if that was more the reason for VK being adamant he wanted out.

what perturbs me the most is what some of our so called more senior pros such as Vardy, Evans etc thought to all of this and why at no stage did anyone pull this bunch of arseholes back in line.  I am really beginning to detest some of last seasons squad.

...they say, fish rots from the head!!!

Last season was very vocal from the moment he arrived and he Called out underperforming prima-donnas when things got tough for us , had run ins with Maddison and Barnes towards end of season, was very vocal about standards and Enzo didn’t warm to him, there is an issue at the club right now that we do not have engrained leadership on the field or in the playing squad, VK brought that to the table, very clever and very very strong willed player, time will tell but it could be a terrible call to let him go

When you think of Kasper, VK and a load of the current danish squad all having these traits… you begin to question Vestys place of birth lol

Not sure why Enzo wouldn’t warn to him though, he’s been banging on about leaders since day 1.

So to summarise, we had a bullying culture among the squad - though most of them have left there is some one or two around? Who might they be? Barnes,

Thomas and Maddison have been mentioned… is a certain player with large bouncy hair among their number? How about one who sounds like a stately home?

KDH is the last of the gruesome foursome who's still left and he's been playing beyond s*** this season without his other 3 mates even through he scored a brace in the opening game.

Only one remains

Looks a shadow of the player he was pretending to once becoming

And the culture has changed already,  Enzo is trying to encourage leadership and thag been set by example NOT reputation

This is the hope, and hopefully KDH has a redemption story at the end of this where he taps into much better leadership principles than he had access to before. The days of being a Rodgers hater or Sycophant are hopefully long gone. Recalling those stories of Maddison and Rodgers staying up late talking about football when all this was going on make me feel ill.

Setting Ricardo as captain makes even more sense then 👏

Coady will be captain as soon as he's fit.

The club just wants to avoid the same issue as last season  when Evans was name captain whilst injured.

I’m sure there was elements of that “bullying” going on but I’d question the call of Victor asking to leave because of it especially as stated 3 of the supposed 4 have gone, as has the then manager.

Is it not more likely he’s asked to leave because he’s chatted with Enzo who doesn’t see that he is ready to replace or cover Doyle in that position this season & both agree it’s more beneficial to go out on loan?

The rest of his Leicester career is now in the hands of Enzo to see if he sees enough of him to be able to mould into that CB/LB role or if he would rather sign a ready made player or 2 given Doyle is himself on loan. It might be if we don’t sign Doyle VK has anther crack next season with whoever else comes in or a straight shootout with Thomas & remember Enzo has already stated he sees VK over LT in that position.

If he can mould him I’d rather keep because he does have fire in his belly which is harder, if not impossible to coach into someone without doing a military style selection course.

he is a young man and I know for a fact he and his family have a profiles on here

KDH is a huge talent if he knuckles down and works hard he can really be a legend at this club

I think he is an easily influenced person, if he is influenced by Enzo and the coaching staff he will be a cracking player as the season goes on

Maddison ran that group let’s be blunt

Guys ego got well out of control and Rodgers encouraged and fed it

Kasper would have put a stop to it, and suspect he kept that clique in check.

Really sad to learn this kind of school boy bullying was going on and senior players and coaches allowed it. I remember the first game Victor played and his family were in the crowd, looking really proud. It all went downhill from there.

Oh come on. Cliques I can live with but bullying?! I just can't comprehend that at this (that) level of football.

VK made all the right noises closed season about promotion. And a new manager in meant that any previous cliques could be wiped away. The likeliest explanation is that the manager didn't fancy VK and as such VK was keen to get out.
