Ok, so does this mean that Hull was the MOTM curse ahead of the official announcement and we can get back to business after the break

Well done Enzo. Joining the club on a slump, he has played a huge part in getting the positivity back down the King Power. 
 

Losing the likes of Tielemens, Maddison, Barnes has taken lots of goals and attacking threat out of the team - but he has found a formula to win matches this season.

 

It’s hasn’t been pretty at times, but I would have taken 46, 1-0 wins at the start of the season. 
 

The day to day vibe must also be good, to keep the better players on board still.

I always said that whoever took over from he who shall not be named will have a hell of a job to do so for him to get manager of the month and go unbeaten in that time is a real achievement. Plenty of work to do still but couldn't have asked for much more

Normally I’d say this award is normally that kiss of death but under Enzo can’t see that happening !

Tbf I did think Lowe at Preston deserved it more but can't fault Enzo, hopefully a first trophy of many.

“I’m very happy, but as happens in football, you never reach something yourself, you need people behind you. First of all, the players, they are the most important and then the backroom staff for sure.

“We started two months ago - one month for pre-season and one month for the official competition. We started in the right way in terms of results and the way that we play. For sure, there are many things to improve but this is the right way.”

 

The guy is not deluded and knows there are many things to fix. Give him time!

Well done to Enzo and his team. In some ways we were as unlucky against Hull as we have been lucky in some of the wins. But he’s come in and transformed the squad, mentality, coaching staff and style of play while still delivering results. Awesome!!

Completely depends on the Southampton result, manager of the month curse agenda must be fulfilled regardless!

Refreshing hearing his comments too, praising his team, the team, players, club as a whole.

 

Modest.

 

It seems a real tight knit team, from management through to players - Although I'm still skeptical over the inner working and running of the club, I don't believe that is a fully happy camp being mismanaged and ran.

 

I cannot imagine the comments made by Maresca on his MOTM being made under the old regime, it'd have been self fawning, full of self admiration, infact, I can't imagine a MOTM being won under the old regime. 

 

Feels like we have a team spirit back, everyone has each others back. Collective.
