Are we expecting an end to end game or will they play a low block & try to hit on the counter? End to end if they set up as they have done recently. Like ridiculously attacking. Let a lot in but score a lot Edited 28 September 2023 by CosbehFox 1

danish_fox Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Jon Dahl Tomasson (their coach) said in Danish media before season start, that he was sorry for the blackburn fans, because they wouldnt get the funding to improve the team. On that note would I think the side to be weaker than last year and therefore should we get the 3 points again.
Happy Fox Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 3-1 win I reckon we are far too good for Blackburn and the rest of the teams in this league hopefully by the time we get to the FA Cup 3rd round in January and draw a bottom half premier league team that will show us what we can do. 1

Pliskin Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 I think the Liverpool game will actually help us. Keep the feet on the ground and the objective clear. I think the lads will want to get back to winning ways too after the defeat. I think Blackburn will give up a lot of chances, we just need to be clinical, and try and control the game. In other words…. 2

GingerrrFox Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 I would like to see the below on Sunday: Hermansen Coady Vestergaard Faes Ricky P Winks Fatawu Yunus KDH McAteer Vardy 1

Harsh on Vestergaard, but can see him coming out, JJ on the left and Faes on the right of the 3 with Coady central.

LVFox Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Can see these causing us some problems, good attacking side but I also expect us to score at least 2. 3-2 win. Hermansen Justin Vestegaard Faes Ricardo Winks Ndidi. KDH Fatawu. Mavididi Vardy 2
Finnegan Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Hermansen Justin, Vestergaard, Faes Winks, Ricardo Fatawu, Ndidi, KDH, Mavididi, Vardy Just flip the defence. Don't think Faes is super side dependent, Ricky inverts from the LB spot instead, JJ does the Doyle thing from RB. Otherwise unchanged from Bristol. Feels a bit harsh on Macca after scoring again but I think Mavididi’s all round game is too important to us and he has attributes the others all lack a bit. 3
RowlattsFox Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Justin for Doyle and then decide if you want to play Ricardo from the left. McAteer instead of Fatatwu, think that will be our go to away from home for the time being. 1
Lcfc-1992 Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 I would play Hamza in the Ricardo role. Still not confident with him playing game after game Hope Enzo isn’t relying on Justin and Ricardo to cover the Doyle injury 1
gw_leics772 Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Didn't realise this was on the box at breakfast time on Sunday. Beer for breakfast it is then. Nice.

I think it’ll be a Desmond You always think it'll be a Desmond 🤣 Tbf, I always went for 3-1 win when I was a lad and bet on it. I imagine you will be in for some cash whenever we get a Desmond?
Drink Water Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Let this be our revenge for them humiliating us in the FA Cup last season That deffo should have been a wake up call to Brenda that we were sleepwalking to relegation, being kicked out the Cup by a Championship team.
adejo92 Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 A good team on their day, and I don't doubt they can punish teams, but they have still lost a few games this season & sit 14th so unlike most here, I'd probably be disappointed with a draw. 1
Stadt Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 They're 2-0-2 at home and they've conceded 7 in those 4 games. We should be winning this. They usually have the lions share of the possession which they obviously won't have against us.

Lionator Posted 28 September 2023 Posted 28 September 2023 Waiting for the @StriderHiryu analysis but I suspect Blackburn set up in a way which would play right into our hands aka leaving a lot of space. 1
