Do players arrive at Seagrave and just get left at reception to fend themselves? Why does it take so long?

Have you ever tried walking that hill from Sileby station to Seagrave. It's a trek.

Has he signed yet ?

This lad looks a real quality signing, potentially better than anyone else in the squad.

His passing range is superb and his ability with free kicks is a great big bonus.

Looking forward to seeing him play here.

It's probably the windy conditions, the plane landed fine but he blew off the little Marchigiano waif

Mystifying why this is taking so long. Is there a dilemma over which tracksuit to wear to Seagrave today for  a certain someone?

We know the club likes taking it's time on social media videos so may already be sorted.

If not, perhaps they're taking longer over the medical given his injury record?

Was hoping he'd be in for tomorrow. Disappointing but hardly unexpected.

I strongly doubt he would have been in without taking a training session.

When have we ever gotten a transfer across the line quickly post-Pearson?

He tripped over a K-cup pod and they've had to call an ambulance...

Transfers don’t take longer, we just find out about them a lot earlier due to people like Fabrizio Romano.

Nonsense! In the days before the Internet and social media, transfers were concluded in just days. Since then, footballers, agents and club employees have become so distracted by their twitter, facebook and instagram accounts that transfers are now taking weeks to sort out. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

In contrast to what the ITKs have said, doesn't sound imminent from Maresca's press conference. Repeated the same message of having to sell first to buy.

Maybe the hold up is Praet leaving for Antwerp?

Praet is due to start tomorrow according to OPA so doesn’t look like his exit is very close, if it was, it would be madness to risk starting him when he is made of crisps

Yeah, just saw this - doesn't look like his move as you say is imminent either.

Ah. That's where we've gone wrong. Rudkin is still sitting at the fax machine waiting for the bid.

Wasn't the transfer being put on hold until after this weekend due to Inter having some players suspended?

Or has this dragged on for so long that this was last weekend?

Please remind me, we managed to get Wardy in relatively quickly?

Possibly it’s the fact I was still angry after Coventry, I agree with a lot of the points you’ve made, I just felt ultimately we could have won that game had we made an effort to get that second goal.

From what was said in the press conference today, we still need to sell before we can get anyone in. It looks like it’s not a squad place issue, more a cash flow issue. Pathetic really!
