Best thing he's done for us. On the ball he clearly has really good vision and passing ability. 

 

It's off the ball that clearly isn't just an issue but a really bad character trait. When he wants to he has the ability but I can't really see past how lazy he's been for us. If he can sort the off the ball stuff out then he can absolutely do a job for us this season.

 

Not a chance he's starting until he does though.

Yeah, I think the only way he is good enough to do the all round job is if someone else is literally coaching him on the pitch.  And I don't know who could/would do that.
