Expectation unfortunately with a points deduction is relegation but the hope cant' be anything more than survival realistically. Would snap your hand off for 17th right now!

Well, I certainly hope we can avoid relegation as the last thing we want is to become a yo-yo Club.

 

The optimism in me thinks we should aim for the 10-17th position and hopefully do better.

16-17th position, do think we will be better than the likes of Ipswich, Bournemouth, Brentford and the playoff finalist winner from the championship whoever that is.

No doubt I'll be moaning at most points next season but regardless of how we manage it, just finishing 17th has to be the aim, get the finances under control and improve the team slightly.

Relegation. Starting the season with a points deduction, Rudkin in charge of transfers and contracts and a tactically inflexible manager doesn't seem to be a recipe for survival to me.

I don't fear relegation like last time. That was difficult as it properly felt like the end of that particular chapter for the club. Under the circumstances I think we'll struggle but the championship isn't all that bad (only for a season at a time)

But it's all largely irrelevant right now since there's so many unknowns:

• What's the deduction? 
• What's our ins and outs over the window? 
• Who comes up with us and Ipswich? 
• What do the other promoted and bottom 6 teams do in their windows?

Brentford will be in the mire without Toney.

 

Forest, Everton, Ipswich will be down there.

 

Fulham and Wolves look lost.
