Thing is with Skipp, he's bad. But it's not because he's delusional about his own ability or a prima donna. Wherever you put him he will try his best and put a shift in.

 

There's no way you could put Winks or Soumare at cb or lb. Cause even if they could do a job they just wouldn't due to their character.

People saying he's been decent, he's been bloody fantastic today. Better than any CBs we've used this season which is embarrassing.

 

Of course he's been a shocking signing so far but the fact he tries puts him miles ahead of somebody like Winks

Pleased to see the reports of him playing well. Stats don't lie, we always seem to do better when he is playing.

Arguably harder in some ways as we pushed high up and he has several last ditch efforts to deal with. Obviously didn't have to deal with much put into the box which is the real art of being a centre back.

 

How embarrassing for Jannik 'Beckenbauer' Vestergaard and Wout 'sideshow Bob' Faes that they are shown up by a maligned Centre mid playing there.

He did well, I’d stick with him against Derby assuming Nelson won’t be ready to come back. He played the ball well and progressively. Defended well and yes he’s not tall but he’s no worse than Faes or Hamza in that role.

We need to start with the same team that started the 2nd half, Faes and Winks were awful and need dropping forever.
