Outstanding technical performance from Bilal. Miles better than any Man City midfielder. As complete a performance as we’ve seen from a LCFC player in a long time.

Quite clearly the best player on the pitch today.

He had vibes of both Madders and Youri at their best. The confidence was oozing.

Really enjoyed watching him today. Was worth the effort to go.

I get vibes of both of those as well which is quite something, but with a better work rate

How can a club get it so right with players like this and Fatawu but so glaringly obviously wrong even before they've signed with others

because at times we have too many cooks id say

Most clubs get some right and some wrong it’s the nature of recruitment.

100% percent guaranteed that pep noticed his display today and was impressed.

Would be shocked if pep isn’t in for him in the summer, they have a few aging midfielders that will need replacing.

we just need to somehow stay in this league and keep him another season and extend his contract.

Outrageous that Neville didn't give him the credit he deserved on the commentary. Too busy waxing lyrical over a simple 5 yard pass from KDB, who was basically anonymous.

That little move with the cross field pass half way through the 2nd half was beautiful. Brilliant today.

Yeah if anyone's got the clip of that I'd love to see it again.

First time I've seen one of our players run a game in ages.

I was wondering how the tv would see it. Sounds like as expected, there was more emphasis on Man City. At the game our midfield outplayed Man City. Soumare, Winks and especially El Khanouss played brave, technical football and dominated this part of the pitch. Same could be said of our wingers compared to Foden and Savinho. Sky match review gave Savinho 9/10 despite the fact that other than a tap in from a keeper mistake he was utterly anonymous.

He got an assist as well. For sky, that’s 9/10.

Love watching him play. Technically excellent, works his socks off (his or Vardy's - IYKYK) and has one heck of an eye for a pass. Pretty decent at keeping the ball in tight situations too, contrary to what you'd think regarding his slender frame.

Well played El Khanouss 👏🏻.

Worth the entry fee on his own love to see a player do things I could never dream of doing

I shall call him Elk
