It's a no. He didn't do anything that would say he can cut it. This is lazy scouting/journalism.

Presume this is agent talk. He missed half a season of development at a club that got promoted - it was stupid of chelsea to recall him. Not featuring at all for Chelsea at the moment from the manager who was desperate to bring him to Leicester. Not what we need right now.

Chelsea will be looking for more than they paid for him which if that’s the case it’s a massive no for me! Anything more than 8m especially for a position we don’t really need strengthening with I imagine limited funds available would be peak Leicester City though

He didn't really want to be here on loan last season so why all of a sudden he would want to come permanently makes no sense.

 

I'll bet that if he goes anywhere it will be back to Italy where it would also suit his game.  Too slow to make any real impact at top level English football and the Championship seemed like too much for him at times last season.
