So in a rather shocking unexpected twist...

 

Turns out lumping it up to Jordan Ayew is not a very effective attacking strategy.

Exactly that. There's no joined up "move" in which players are collaborating to make runs to draw players out of position. It's pass... Stand... Pass... Stand... Point... Pass... Throw-in, with no apparent attempt to threaten the goal at any stage.

Everytime we play these we make Iwobi look like prime Ronaldinho. He's such a bang average player but always looks world class against our shite

Who knew, right? Total shocker. He's just so slow and ponderous that he ends up falling over trying to sort out his feet and then tries to claim a foul.
