Marti will be well connected due to the jobs he’s had around Europe. Really hoping he uses them to bring in some bargains as we can’t afford to overpay on average players again

He has barely put in a single decent performance in 18 months and has a similar goal threat to the likes of Edouard and Bobby Reid in the PL, no thanks.

 

Also outside of the pitiful goal record what is he good at? Not got good holdup, passing or particularly fast.

He's absolutely gone to bits as a player. Might need a move like a loan here to get back on track but no guarantees at all that it would work. It's a risk.

 

I'm not expecting us to have a mammoth budget but if we can't get together something to buy a decent striker then what hope really is there for us.

Really we should only be looking at nailed on starters in the 11 and not anyone for the bench as the squad depth for championship is ridiculous when you think of the likes of skipp, mcateer, ayew etc are not nailed starters but they should be great in championship in theory.

I really like the look of Jakub but not sold on his ability with the ball at his feet, if he’s available, Pierce Charles will be an absolutely top top drawer keeper and would likely be cheap given Wednesdays situation. 
 

Josh Windass would likely not be up to prem level but he’s comfortably championship quality and under the right system could still progress, can play a false 9 really well but also can score goals.

Yep, we need to jump in if we can. Like Jakub a lot but Pierce Charles is being touted as a keeper going to the very top. Could be a cheap signing with mega sell on potential.

I know ive said it before but It's really annoying me that we don't seem to have a spare £7.5m kicking around for Lennon Miller. 

 

Almost 80 appearances so far, full international, can play multiple roles in midfield and is only 18. The boy is going to be a star.
