Wouldn’t worry about anyone at all yet Check again after 20 games see what the table looks like and even then there will be plenty of twists and turns . Funny that Wrexham f***** it up so much in the last few mins though

Championship is not easy. Not even for relegated clubs.

Would have been nice if this were a draw but you had to expect southampton were or at least should have always been the favourite to get the 3 points.

Coady gonna have to get a niggling injury and back on podcast duty soon. Slow as fk.

It was a good free kick, but Ward positioning in free kicks is always terrible. He invites the taker with a lot of space - it happened many times for us. Won't be long before Ward is back to 2nd choice and tea duty.

Based on that im glad we didnt go for Still. Proper pedestrian football and if it wasn't for Bazunu and poor finishing they should have been 3 or 4 behind.

Didn't create a good chance till the 95th minute haha

All in all, ill take that

Why are people celebrating a confidence building opening day comeback win, from the side with possibly the most attacking strength in the League?

We know this Wrexham team is garbage, Ward/Coady are their best players, there's no hope of them challenging for promotion.

It’s not that deep I’d back us over saints

Donkey ward not walking away with a clean sheet. Yes he can make easy saves but don’t ask for much more. I can see Wrexham fans getting buyers remorse in the next few games. yeh a draw would have been good but saints deserved the winner after the late push. Goes to show none of us are gonna walk this league. We are gonna have to graft hard and hopefully the quality edges it.

If we come out this window not too depleted then top 4s a given. Just depends who else leaves. If both Bilal and Abdul go we absolutely have to find like for likes, alongside a box to box mid that can score. We do that we'll be close to the top 2 regardless of a.deduction.

This league is shite, that's why it feels like home 😂

Alright, everyone here knows I'm a fan of Still for many years now, Southampton weren't good but for sure it wasn't pedestrian football. You're exaggerating a bit.

Will Still was always going to be a bit risky tbh. People love the route he’s had to football but this will be a real test for him.  Very different expectations and pressures to keeping a mid table club in mid table

They were pretty subdued by craggy islands over 75 team

Don’t know if Southampton will be spending more of all that cash they’ve raked in from sales. It’s one game, despite friendlies you’re trying to jump forward from a standing start, I think there will more lukewarm performances this weekend, hopefully not us, momentum is rarely there this soon and it’s a false start anyway whilst the window is still open. 5 or so games and and window closed will give more of an idea.

But yeah, they don’t look all that do they !

Head to head I agree, but they've got the firepower to nick more games than we have.

I would say that is debatable

Maybe at striker but we have the much better wingers and attacking mid
