The Shituentes reign is what will take us down, we might be crap but we shouldn’t be this bad in this awful division. His was so tied to his crap tactics and crap system he would never change, over time and bad results that’s impacted the players mentality

That's not a good weekend for us.

 

Portsmouth won a harder game.


Charlton drew a harder game.

 

Blackburn won a harder game.

 

Oxford drew a harder game.

 

West Brom the only loser, but to top of the league.

 

Our chances of dropping increased this weekend.

Yeah, yet another bad weekend. We had to win today with the games coming up and given Stoke's recent form. Was criminal to concede that equaliser when they were offering nothing.

Whoever says that we will be ok is just plain stupid. Leaking goals every game and having to score 3+ goals to win a game is relegation form. If this isn't fixed we are going down.

I cant see how we fix it as well when we have a low IQ full back and no replacement and wingers who dont want to put in the hard yards and track runs in to the box.

 

We can quite easily score a couple of goals a game but just dont see us ever keeping a clean sheet.

Yep. And let’s be clear, Rowett might be a good firefighter. But he can’t be expected to be a miracle worker. He needs something to work with and defensively, we have nothing to work with. 
 

West Brom can sleep easy as they will be staying up. Along with Blackburn and Portsmouth.

Yup. We are relying on one team to continue to be crap now, WBA. We needed as many teams as possible in the relegation mix to give ourselves a better chance. But Charlton, Portsmouth and Blackburn have found their form, we haven't. 

 

With Middlesbrough, Ipswich and inform Norwich to come, we could be cut a drift. Though in my mind we're relegated already.

I wouldn’t rule out us managing to get relegated by enough that it isn’t ultimately down to that you know. I fancy West Brom to pick up wins in their next 2, Charlton only turned it on when they came to the KP and got soundly beaten by Portsmouth and Oxford work hard but are poor. Blackburn have a relatively straight forward home game against Bristol City and we will get beaten at Middlesbrough. By the weekend, we could be adrift by by 6 points just by results going as you’d expect with no surprises.

Yes, overall another crap weekend. Rowett is going to have to get them hitting the sort of form that would normally be expected for the play off spots. Too many better players are injured as well. Need to get them back asap and the defence must be tightened up quickly. It’s not impossible to escape relegation but a change in mindset is needed urgently. As an earlier poster said, maybe they do need less slating and an arm round the shoulder from the manager and fans because their confidence needs lifting very quickly. We all know the problems in the club but that will just have to be put to one side for the time being because the players don’t respond well to the negativity.

That doesn’t help but Shituentes should have won Portsmouth, Blackburn, Oxford and Wrexham at home, that’s 12 points we should have had but because of his toss management we didn’t. One of the worst managers we have ever had. Of course the mismanagement does also lead to employing a PE teacher to manage a football club in the first place.

Away point today with even more injuries to key players.  Most of us would have taken the point before kickoff

 

2nd half is (mostly) what's needed going forward.

Cifuentes was to blame for us not challenging for play offs but Aiyawatt and Rudkin were also to blame for sacking him and not having a plan and throwing King under the bus

To help your mind there were 42pts to play from today, we probably needed 20 of them, we now need 19.

Small steps keep chipping away at the 19 until it’s out of our hands is the best I can offer you

Exactly and with just JJ and Lascelles we probably are a different team but we need them sooner rather than later.
