Any chance that Man City get relegated two divisions and we escape a relegation saving us and West Ham ?

the penalties on city are imminent - pep leaving - Enzo in - saves the embarrassment of PG having to resign after City lied to him - Enzo has the youngsters as all the stars go on loan for a year or two whilst City comeback…..maybe it’s my imagination but hammering Southampton maybe a precursor to getting at City…….

i know it’s a pipe dream

Can we not overlook the human element here for a second?

You truly have to feel for the young lad who actually did the spying. Poor sod will end up working here soon, now Rudders and co have heard of him.

Because the jury are still our deliberating on a really complex mass murder case, my fraud case shouldn't be tried.

If they haven't been found guilty yet then neither should I!!!!

BREAKING:

OXFORD UNITED RELEASE PICTURE OF DISGUISED SOUTHAMPTON ANALYST

Oxford United have today released a picture of the analyst who spied on them prior to their Boxing Day fixture in December 2025.

The analyst, who has not been named, went undetected at the time due to a clever disguise, but was later spotted upon reviewing the CCTV at the training facility.

See the picture below.

The victim mentality over on SaintsWeb is glorious. Apparently it was the Mainstream Media and Steve Gibson that has caused all this! Hull have to win this now because Boro v Saints next season is going to be hilarious. The stick they're going to get from opposition supporters is going to be absolute box office, I hope this never fades and they get it relentlessly all season.

Will boro fans bring their binoculars?

Guaranteed if boro scores that will be the celebration lol

They've been sucked in by Le Tissier.

Strange folk, How have Middlesbrough done that? Think this explains everything, Southampton originally denied it and only being helpful once they knew they was caught out

The six-point deduction was mitigated to four points to reflect the available mitigation, including the Respondent's acceptance of the charges, co-operation (although it is not accepted that this was unqualified) and their proffering of information in relation to the OU Incident and IT Incident although we accept that they were on notice from the initial letter of 8 May that the EFL were investigating another incident and so these admissions were not entirely unprompted). We did not consider that a financial sanction was required in addition.

A financial penalty, as proposed by the Respondent would not be effective at this stage in the competition since the financial rewards on offer for a team which is promoted to the Premier League through the PlayOffs would render any penalty meaningless. Perversely this may act as an incentive for clubs to breach Regulation 127 and pay the fine in an effort to increase the chance of promotion.

In addition to the sporting sanctions a reprimand is considered appropriate in the present case because of the way in which junior members of staff were put under pressure to carry out activities which they felt were, at the least, morally wrong. Such staff were in a vulnerable position without job security and with limited ability to object to, or resist the instructions given to them.

I agree it was pre rule enforcement but the Leeds incident was during the play-offs? Quite famously so?
