Nuno might leave forest rumours this morning.

I'd absolutely have him here but he's just taken them to the brink of Europe with a squad that's a lot of rubbish. He's not going to a Championship clown car.

I don't want Russell Martin, I'm a little bored with that type of football. But depending on the punishment we get, he'd still get us somewhere near challenging for the promotion.

Yep me too, but agree that I doubt he'd come here.

Nuno would be amazing and would be my first choice. Ordinarily we wouldn’t stand a chance of him considering a drop in division to a badly run club…. But, he has been working with a nutter as a boss, and his family may be settled in the midlands and not want to move. Fingers crossed!!

Now these new psr charges have been levied against us we may as well stick with RVN.  No way can we pay off his contract and hire a new manager.  Knowing our board though it will happen.  (Appoint a new manager).

To be fair Nuno has a dropped down below his level as a manager with Wolves before

And he dropped down to Spurs😂

Whoever we get needs to meet two criteria for me;

Can develop and integrate younger players (surely our only way out of PSR struggles is utilising Seagrave to develop and sell the youngsters)

Plays a style of football that is successful in the Championship but is also flexible and can adapt to a more counter attacking game in the Prem (should we ever get there again!).

There's dropping down a level and then there's dropping all standards

We'd be better off taking the points deductions, resetting our financial (mis)management, bringing in a progressive manager (at whatever cost) who is going to assimilate our academy stars into the squad, treat next season as a reset in the Championship, and the season after go for promotion.  That way, if we got promoted in the 2nd season we would be in a better place as a club to put up a better fight in the Prem with a club structure and squad much better prepared for it.

So fed up, this stinks. Bored with that style of football.

It doesnt even work for Man City now with some of the best players in the world we would just be embarrassed again if we got promoted i just cba for this.

Another ex-Southampton that we absolutely humped recently. Great.. So grateful for this board and their outside the box thinking..

I'm not necessarily bothered about names from all corners of the globe being linked but look beyond the end of your noses for once..

One positive is that he will go with the young players that we have.

Wonder if he wants to take a job where he’s starting on minus 12 points though…

They'll see he got Southampton promoted after relegation and see him as ideal.
