Happens every summer, managers or players go somewhere else, we get cross but most of the time it doesn’t matter. Still might be brilliant might not be. Guess time will tell.

Annoying

With his gf being down south he was always going their. Tbh mean Rohl is not longer on their radar no more if true.

Nigel's free and in better health. Squad needs a revamp and the culture needs a shakeup. We need to plan for a two-year clearout and rebuild, with a spare year of parachute payments just in case. Feels like a no-brainer

Regis Le Bris got relegated in France with Lorient, now taken Sunderland to the play-off final 🤷‍♂️

Still had Reims in the mix for European football twice. This season at Lens, he’s accumulated more points than Franck Haise did for them last season, but they are nowhere near the team they were two seasons ago.

Still has done solid enough jobs in France, no surprise he’s been linked with numerous Championship jobs, the only negative thing I’d say about him is that he loves a dip in form, which I could easily see happening if Southampton do appoint him.

Maybe I have my facts wrong then or just clouded judgement because I just don't like him for some reason 🤣

Find the whole notion of it being OK if we stay down as long as players come through a very dangerous one. That's how you become Norwich or Stoke. It should be totally attainable to do both of these things.

The problem is, we could easily be looking at 7/8 new starters in the 11 and that’s going to take some embedding. Get it done early, maybe achievable but we all know that’s not going to happen.

DoF for me. Not manager. He'd have the long-term strategic oversight, leadership capability and eye for a player. We need a progressive young manager working alongside him and learning from him.

The year is 2053, and Leicester fans are still calling for the return of Nigel Pearson as manager following another relegation.

Yes, but for DOF rather than manager.

Oops, sorry, just seen Bilo got in before me.

I sincerely hope there are, but fear there won't be.

As much as I love the man and as much as I think this would be brilliant and would work, let the poor man be. His health comes first and he's really battling hard at the mo.

If he was in full health, I'd be all over this. But sadly he's not. But we do need to find the next Pearson to sort this mess out, someone younger with the same attitude.

We HAVE to get a new DoF and to get the right manager. If they get it wrong again, we'll be a forgotten club.

The way other cards seem to be falling, I can see us going for Rohl or keeping Ruud.

There is some real proven talent available out of work on the continent now, I'd love us to be brave on it. Rohl will do nicely though!

Danny Rohl has shot him self in the foot! Still going to the saints which I thought Rohl was nailed on to go there! Where else can he can now in this country other than us if we get rid of RvN?

How has he shot himself in the foot?

If we are interested in Rohl the only thing I can think of is that we’re waiting until we are officially a championship club. So we only have to pay 2m in compensation.

Think a lot of the decision and announcements might revolve around that.

I think making it clear he's leaving Sheff Wednesday this early into the summer is a smart move from him. He will end up either in a top championship club or in Germany and be far better off for it.

I think I could get on board with Rohl. As long as he gives our young players a proper chance I’m all in. He deserves better than those tragic macron tracksuits as well

Brought a gun loaded it with a bullet and pointed it at his foot and pulled the trigger.

The cheers he got when the camera panned to him on Sunday was great to see and it made him smile 😊

love to see him have a role at the club, don’t think he has the energy to manage but why not give him a role where he can help rebuild.
