I’m not convinced at all by Martin after the way he managed Southampton. His stubbornness to keep playing out the back when his players clearly lacked confidence and ability is just disastrous.

we need a manager that can sort our defence out once and for all. Start with the basics. Then go onto play some master class with our midfield (still don’t have anyone to replace Vardy up top).

Difference with us is that we’d have Nelson (hopefully) and Coady who are comfortable playing out with Winks and Ricardo (inverted) who they can confidently play into. Much better than what he had at saints.

Probably gets promoted.

But its a horrific way to play in the Prem when you are scraping around at the bottom.

Would be lovely to have a bit of forward thinking.

I would like to think that everyone would have figured out that if we get promoted again we would need to improve the majority of our first 11.

I think only Nelson, Monga, Fatawu and BEK  from our current squad would be Premier League quality in 12 months time.

If we want any chance of improving the atmosphere at our games ... the last thing we need is another manager who wants a possession-based, slowly roll the ball out from defence, pass it sidewards and backwards, type game.

This is one of the main reasons (not necessarily the only one), why our atmosphere has turned to absolute shite over that last 6 years.

Wouldn't mind taking a risk on and up and coming manager maybe Ben Wilkinson from Man City u21. I know it's a bit Enzo 2.0 but could be worth at a look at.

100000% agree

But the Nepo Baby in charge, with his 'vast footballing knowledge' is convinced this is the way. So we continue on his quest to become a poor man's Man City clone. Even though to make it work you have to spend a serious amount of millions  (which we can't / not allowed)

Hence the possibility of Brusell Martin and his footbal philosophy coming to.plague the KP. resulting in even more damage to the club (because he's also sh1t)  and straining the relationahip it has with is supporers even more.

Though the footballing world has woken up to the style, and teams have begun to  adapted to counter it  the chief clown at Circus KP is too blind and too thick to see this.

I worry about how attractive this club really is for a first team coach/manager.

Who would provide the inspiration for a potential new coach to say 'yes Leicester has to be my choice'?

Who wouldn't want a free 2m pound notes, we must be one of the most attractive

I'd hold out to see if Forest get rid of Nuno, I think he would come here tbh unlikely but still worth a go.

Are you mad? Why the **** would he come here when he’s just had an exceptionally strong season in the Prem?!

Failing that, see if we can tempt Slot or Emery

Top and Co. not capable or not bothered to read the room. If he/they appoint Russell Martin they'll just end up throwing good money after bad when it all goes tits up. Atmosphere will be worse than previous seasons watching his brand of football, especially after Enzo and Cooper. Just shows how amateur those running football really are.

Martin Demichelis.
Ex- man city defender.
Won the league with River Plate and just left Mexican side Monterrey.
Also worked at Bayern Munich reserves.
I know we will end up with Mr Ego or Dyche but ffs sake at least look abroad.

If Man City are relegated to League 2, like they should be, then Pep might consider stepping up to the Championship.

If Man City are relegated to div 2 then we might end up still in the Prem.
