Surely anyone working for the club can see the way these appointments will go. It’s the exact same feeling as the Cooper appointment.

Have the club released these names to Percy to guage fan reaction and with a view then that so many go rather give it Kingy, and then they go with that as the cheap and easy option to keep fans happy, I can see them definitely doing this.

For them to be interviewing Gary O'Neil who has been out of work for some time, only last week. That tells you everything you need to know, they've given themselves the summer off and have only just started to think about this season.

 

They are making it harder and harder to care, its infuriating.

Defo not O’Neil awful record albeit he hasn’t managed in the Champ yet so could be different.

 

Wilder i’d take based on last season looked decent whenever I saw them and did well to push automatics with a points deduction.

 

Only issue with Wilder, he’s only really been any good at Sheffield United not with Watford or Middlesborough, so it’s a hard choice.

There's a genuine possibility that the owners feel so hurt by the (justified) criticism that they're just hoping to ruin the club and then jump. At least it feels that way. Literally everyone here could run the club better.

However - there is a couple of things to consider here…

 

The information about interviews and who led them suggest this info has been passed on via the club - that it’s come via Percy strengthens that idea.

 

In which case, it then becomes quite odd that you would allow the name drops of two out of work candidates that are on your shortlist if you’re actually planning on hiring one of them.

 

I would therefore conclude that the preferred candidate is a name not mentioned in the tweet… and given the club is hopeful to conclude a deal “later this week” that would suggest the appointment is perhaps not as simple as just agreeing financial terms with a sole party.

The date is the 19th September. Leicester are being player-managed by Conor Coady.

 

In his latest leaks, Rudkin has released the names Sam Allardyce & Iain Dowie to the press to "gage fan reaction".

It really doesn't matter who our manager is and I refuse to get angry about it. I'm too busy being angry about the sheer incompetence of those in charge of our club and the blatant lack of accountability that they are being held to.
