Don't know much about him tactically these days since he stopped doing his (quite cool tbf) overlapping CBs system. but he made youth player Ollie Arblaster a captain, Built his team around youth player Sydie Peck and gave plenty of minutes to other youth players Brooks and Seriki. Also brought in plenty of younger players as transfers.

 

Has two assistants that follow him everywhere, Alan Knill and Matt Prestridge. 

 

They'd probably argue they'd have made a better fist of their promotion fight without their minor points deduction.
