If it was Dyche he would be hired by now.

Not even Tweedle Moron & Tweedle Cretin would wait until mid July to hire someone they could’ve tapped up in April.

I think we'll get some movement on this this week, Percy bomb and Rohl appointed Wednesday. Just a guess.

Educated guess or know something.

But they way it's going, I can see this happening

Owlstalk are talking about takeover. If that's the case I wouldn't be surprised if Röhl stays there knowing the future is better. Would depend on if the new owners want him or Rooney.

If he wanted to be there he would be taking pre season by now surely

Some are pretty delusional on there so I wouldn’t take that as he’ll suddenly stay as it’s being discussed on their forum. One discussion involves whether the new owners will redevelop Hillsborough or build a new stadium and host internationals, some seem to be getting overly optimistic. They haven’t even got any pre season games booked. Having said that I think Top will be wowed by a Wasserman master class and opt for Wilder.

If he wants to get a top end job staying at Wednesday is not an option he would have to join someone like us

Hmm doubt it, if there is a take-over that would take months to complete. Would he want to wait that long? Especially since some of the players are leaving and they will be under a transfer embargo.

We do want Rohl, but it’s too complicated a situation to be resolved as quickly as we need it to be, and it’s clear we want to get him on the cheap. So, as it was with Cooper I imagine they will offer it to Dyche.

We are shit scared of PSR, yet have been so neglectful with our wage structure? Doesn’t make any sense at all…… won’t dare to spend money to get a highly rated manager in, who could possibly get even this group going……. Yet we will pay average players £70k a week?

It’s ****ing lunacy.

Totally agree

whoever signed the contracts off for average dross to be on such massive wages should be sacked on the spot

Can see us going into the season with Kingy manager and one or two really underwhelming free agent, ageing type signings.

Then a few poor results into the season fans turning on King and Ruskin panic appointing another Ruud type character.

Might have a few players but only a couple are worth decent money. We need two strikers that won’t come cheap. Like I’ve said can’t see it being DR now with better managers out of work.

Yes, but the squad is still full regardless of their value.

We wont sign a striker whilst we have Daka and Ayew on the books, as Evans is also coming through. That isn’t how the owners work.

It’s the same across the squad really. We are stacked. Until we move players on, we won’t be bringing players in.

Given our financial predicament, the hierarchy won’t allow for there to be players rotting in the reserves whilst receiving inflated salaries.

It’s because we employ people who can’t count

Honestly as much of a melt down it would cause, long term I would prefer this and wait for Rohl (cant see it taking longer than two weeks) compared to getting in the likes of Wilder or Dyche.

You’ve said this 43249344 times now so I assume you know something?

Is this your opinion or a little tip off?

It’s hilarious because the reality is it’s not complicated if they just paid the fee. It’s a cheap manager release fee even at £2.5m considering all his staff are out of contract.

If money is that tight take it out of the allocated transfer budget especially with the academy we have. For anyone that says we don’t have any money to spend that’s also daft. We was in a worse position last time we got relegated and spent a ton by championship standards.

So who’s gonna be assistant, first team coach, GK coach?

Kingy has already ruled this out saying he’s not ready for the job and getting the lads ready for the next manager. Mentioned this to a few fans after the P’boro game.
