Never forget he cried when we went in for him, and now two relegations later he thinks he's above us.

BELLEND

He cried because he probably thought we were a pathway to a big contract at Chelsea, Man United etc.

always starts like this, then what actually comes is an offer of a loan with an option to buy for about €10m which they will only use if some one is interested in buying him for more than that the following year.

Ffs 50 quid and they'd still be lucky to make a fiver.

Problem being that that relies on having the ability level to play at Chelsea, Man United which he currently does not.

Yes, I do mean even the current Man United.

Not willing to offer more than €10m?

Oh no what a shame…

We should offer to pay for his flights if they offer that

Take it and run, promote Nelson.

Really not hard is it.

£10m and Faes' wages off the bill wouldn't be horrendous business tbh. It'd be about a £4m profit from the fee alone in-year and we could probably replace him with a tidy football league CB on about 1/3 the money.

I can't see us getting any more than that for him really.

I'd take that and pick up Harry Darling on a free.

That would probably be the thing the club has done in ages.

If we can shift on Coady and replace with Chris Mepham then even better
