Anyone noticed it'll be third tournament in a row where England could face Spain in a final! World Cup Women 2023, Men Euro 24 and now maybe Women Euro 25. Hopefully the Germans do the business.... never thought I'd say that can't bare us losing to Spain again.

This exactly and also you don't see these fake dives too much. Ok, a lot of times the quality is like watching 10yrs old children but as you said this means more unpredictability. Fact is it looks and feels more like grassroots football which is a positive for traditional fans of the sport.

I think that is a bit harsh, I didn't think that at all watching the game yesterday the quality is so much better esp with the top international sides.

Some of the games have been a really good watch and the standard is only getting better... I don't think there is a great difference to a league 2 game.. the game last night had everything... the only difference between the mens and womens at league two level is the physicality of each gender.

I love how BBC has an all female cast and comms but then when it comes to the Men's game they have to get a women on there, it's like MOTD will now have two female hosts.

Never been a fan of the BBC though and there gender agenda.

Whilst you might be right the BBC promotes ladies in  the company generally had a Swedish guy for the last game and isn’t Johnathan Pearce one of the main commentators ?

It's questioned how disattached many feel from the Premier League and Champions League. How players are paid silly sums of money and appear disattached from the average fan.

They don't get paid huge amounts. There's a real issue with ACL and knee injuries which effectively ends your career with very little fall back. Female players still can't outright retire from work when their playing career ends.

Chloe Kelly married Everton's groundsman lol for example. It's far easier to connect with it all.

At the moment. There is no doubt the sport is growing hugely and quickly and the challenge will be to grow it whilst keeping players humble and ticket prices relatively low. Not easy.

They also had that ex Man City bloke (Nedem Onouah?) in the studio last week too.

Personally I think they’ve gone the wrong way about by replicating the men’s game. They had a chance to introduce wage caps and promoted independence from the football systems. I really hope London City Lionesses prove a success in the WSl

Bonmati!

You feel Spain are going to do enough to win the whole thing .

Life of a keeper there - been great all tournament but one costly error could end it .

Will need to put in one hell of a defensive performance on Sunday if it is Spain now. Been caught out in the other games and Spain will be able to do it a lot easier then other teams have
