I almost forgot Stringer was a thing until I was forced to get updates via TalkShite last night.

 

Five minutes back at the KP and already shit-stirring, never change Ian.

 

Marti's comments sound like a total nothingburger, I doubt anything more dramatic than ensuring the loan remains in place is the 'plan'.

Trying to put doubt in the minds of the fans who are still massively (and rightly so) skeptical of anything!

I think we must buy him. I actually don't think he had a brilliant game for us yesterday, although he took his goal superbly. He just offers something the others dont, and i think he has the potential to get better and better. Has a brilliant attitude as well.

 

If we can dump Faes and Wink, then hopefully that provides the funds to buy him and that opens up another loan spot.

Easy to forget he's only 21, younger than Nelson and Braybrooke.

 

He has his rough moments but he's overall been brilliant and still has plenty of time to get even better.

I’m not really sure what that tweet/quote implies - surely we haven’t got the money to pay the fee for him in January? Perhaps anticipating a sale that pays for him? Great news if so.

Stringer does our games a lot on TS and he’s terrible. The shouting 😖

The sale financing the deal will be JJ himself..

 

We will activate the clause in January and sell in June/July

Yeah realised that after I posted it. They’ll essentially make a profit within 6 months without doubt. My only doubt would be is it really like us to be that on the ball lol

Exactly my thoughts too. KP, Rudkin, Whelan and now the call centre team leader replacing her don't operate under normal business rules. 

 

But, raising 40m this summer via JJ, Nelson, Monga, Stolarcyk and Fatawu is essential but also delaying the inevitable. We will need to do the same firesale again in 2027, and 2028 just to keep afloat and at that point, there'll be no assets left to cash in.
