Him being our top goal scorer and getting more goals then both our strikers tell you everything you need to know about how good he has been to us. Honestly never understood why we didn't just give the youngsters a run in the team then have dumb and dumber up front.

I'd love to see the stats for points we've lost when Jordan James has been subbed off this season. Feels like we've removed our best player so many times this season and then gone on to lose the rest of the game and drop points lol

He is streets above the rest in terms of quality and application.

Lad needs to get a proper move now.

Not quite the same but this is our standings without JJ goals/assists 😓

Wins turned to Draws/Losses: James was responsible for the winning goal in 5 separate matches this season (including the 2-1 win over Stoke and the 3-1 win over Derby). Removing those contributions turns those 15 points into just 2 points.

• Draws turned to Losses: In two matches where Leicester scraped a 1-1 draw (including the home tie against Wrexham), James scored the equalizer. Without him, those 2 points vanish.

• The Bottom Line: You lose 17 points in total.

a good player, but what a melt for saying what he said about us never going to down to league 1 and we must be mad. Complete arrogance from the lad

He did not mean to be arrogant. It is a good thing that he is a winner and winners do not think they would go down. He just underestimated how crap the rest of the team was.

Let's be honest, he deserves better than us.

Great loan signing and one that if we had been better in then I think we could have built a team around.

Another bow to add to the cluster of poop this club is at the mo.

One player that actually cared and made a difference

Fell in love with a loan player

One we could've kept if we weren't run by imbeciles

Never fall in love with the stripper.

It's always transactional.

I thought it was we couldn’t afford the £15m option rather than not wanting Lookman?

absolutely ludicrous to pass up that option given his value was higher than £15m.

fwiw, I assume that because we had barnes on the left it was seen as a non priority signing

imo, it was a no brainier signing because there was always the option to sell the following June.

Considering what he’s gone on to achieve both will be huge missed opportunities brought about by moronic club management.
