Just need points and to improve step by step. Do our own thing rather than be obsessed with Ipswich.

I'm very interested to see the lineup today. My guess is there will only be one new signing starting the match. Either Ramsey will play instead of Page behind Ayew or Carranza will play instead of page with Ayew dropping deeper.

They will be coming back you’d like to think. Too early in the season to think their out of it

Not talking about obsession with specifically Ipswich I just meant to the more expensive squads in the league!

A good statement would be to still be 6 points ahead of them. I think the coach needs time from here before we start demanding statement perfomances.

Important to remember that this international break is the longest MC has had with the squad on the training pitch. This should mean more fluidity and organisation - especially with what now should be a settled squad.

 

I don’t think he’ll change much. What I am confident in is that we will now a lot of options off the bench regardless of the 11.

 

ive always thought that our season starts today,  let’s hope we start with a bang.

Couldn't give a fvk about Ipswich.

 

Im sure they'll be up there come the end of the season, but so will 5 or 6 other teams.

 

If Sheffield Utd change their manager, and get it right, I could still see them up there with the squad they have got.

 

We just got to do our own thing.

 

Games like these are the ones we need to win though, to ensure the points dropped elsewhere arent too detrimental.

It was after the 1st international break that we became relentless for a period under Enzo having previously got results unconvincingly. Let's hope for the same, although I still think we are a work in progress that's not got quite the goals and ability in the squad overall that we've previously had.
