5-0 to the fabulous foxes

Wrong thread and section Geordie pal, this is the Leicester City Forum section and the Oxford thread, the fabulous Foxes thread is in the general sport.

Ayew has been away on international duty, so may be 'rested'. Ditto James who won't have really trained yet. I can see Carranza and Ramsey starting though.

Hope they start, we need some fresh energy.  Ayew and Daka will never be anything other than stinkers.

Throwing JJ in without training he would still be better and know what to do.

Guess the rumors are true. Either that or he's grown a really unusual beard.

Rumours? Didn’t someone say one of our lads broke his jaw in training? I assumed that was a joke…

Interesting take re Oxford.  This, has got banana skin written all over it.  They are very good from dead ball situations.  Watch, the Coventry game on you tube.  (highlights)  they will be no pushovers.

Coventry still should have won that game. Interesting how people comment "no pushovers", "tough game", considering they've lost 3 out of 4 games.

I like Rowett but he has generally been at clubs where he's needed to be defensive minded first and that's what I got from a couple of Oxford fans I know through work. Given their budget though he did well to keep them up last season.

I think it'll be a similar game to Charlton for us, but we should be beating Oxford. Granted they pulled off many a shock home win last season.

I've said the same, and predicted a 0-1 win for us. Interestingly Marti played Oxford twice last season with a worse squad in QPR and won both games!

I think you've contradicted yourself there. That Charlton game was horrible and the definition of a tough game.

Page felt something in his hamstring whilst away with Eng U18s but examinations show he is good despite him saying he still feels something. An educated guess says he won't be involved saturday leaving the door open for Ramsey to start & Ayew to be 'bench rested' with hopefully Carranza leading the line but could equally see Daka starting as a show of loyalty.

BDCR could be available

It's much more likely that Ayew will play behind Carranza.

Oh good the tactical analysis of the small sided warm-up game is BACK!

Was only saying it in response to the Skipp screaming comment as an observation.

I can't be arsed to tactically analyse real matches let alone training. There isn't a more boring subject 😆
