Let's not forget that half our deluded fan base wanted maresca out as his football was 'boring'.

Winning wasn't  good enough, now not winning every game isn't good enough either. We havnt got a Liverpool squad

Yes, which says a lot. We’re playing against a collection of some of the nations worst teams, and we look shit.

Second tier of professional football. "The nations worst teams" - ok sir

He’ll be sacked within 18 months after failing to get promoted and remaining mediocre.

I want him to do well but let’s be honest, you can tell very early on if a manager has positive tactical ideas. If everyone is bored already (including the players) then it’s not gonna work out for him. Bringing in new players won’t pick up the tempo or cause the manager to make positive subs.

I can’t recall us doing so. Remind me when? 🤔

The goal itself came from having a striker actually being around the box and drawing defenders out, along with James. We also got in behind when James got a ball across goal. Also remember the other option is Ayew who can't press, and plays most of the game in our half

Out of interest how much of the ball do you think Red Bull Salzburg had? If he can't play in a dominant side?

When will people realise this is solely due to Rudkin and Top. Managers have come and go but one thing has always remained constant. Its poor management from the top. We are essentially a shitter version of Man Utd

I am not having this rubbish being spouted....we are nowhere near as bad as United. Watching Mark Goldbridge hyperventilate every week helps keep my spirits up!

James has been a positive. Let's give Ramsey a chance. Reid maybe had his best game for us? Sorting out that midfield is key to Marti (or any manager) succeeding. If Ramsey/Reid/James become consistent threats in the opposition box, it will no doubt help the wingers and strikers.

I'll give Marti some credit - just called the players arrogant on BBC Radio Leicester.

Ironically keeps picking the same arrogant players. 100% those idiots in central defence will play at Swansea.

What I will say is that pre-season he repeatedly, in every interview, made a lot about playing from the front, always pushing for a win, and if we are winning, more goals and always being aggressive in the press high up the pitch and in our attacking play.

Unfortunately none of that is actually present. Which is concerning. Either he's a liar or he thinks this is attacking football.

We didn’t ’get in behind them’ for the goal. It was a very well worked goal where we played through them. One other example you quote ….. in a game at home ro Wrexham 🥴😞. Have to reckon that whatever he did at RBS was a different time and different level. Right now he’s a liability - and yes, I know the other option aren’t much better if at all.

When will people realise that there isn’t a manager in the world that can get these players to play!

Aside from probably 2 or 3 players they are all overpaid and under skilled footballers.

It doesn’t matter who is at the helm. The problem is year after year of horrendous recruitment is finally coming home to roost.

It’s not going to get better overnight. This will take years to fix and quite possibly will end up as a stint in the lower leagues.

There is not one single positive at the moment about Leicester City to cling on to. Not one.

He hasnt exactly attempted to fix the squad has he, instead he has just cemented the rubbish in their positions. Could have given Nelson a proper chance who is proven quality at this level, instead he has chosen to back Vestergaard and Faes who are worth at least one big error a game.

Could have given Aluko a chance instead of Kristiansen, could have given Evans a chance instead of bringing in Carranza.

There's lots that he could have done to fix the squad but instead he has built his short managerial term around these overpaid and under skilled players (as you put it).

We've gone from shagging fit birds to shagging Vera Duckworth types. What a fall from grace. This is the new norm, buckle up for the sake of the club and Vera Duckworth (R.I.P).

The style of play is just so, so, soul crushingly shit. It was difficult enough watching us play like this 2 seasons ago when we were winning a lot.

Maybe I'm just falling out of love with football to honest. I just don't enjoy watching what football looks like anymore.

Why assume Marti was referring to them?

He needs to get his head out of his arse, “we need to create that family feeling between the supporters and the players”. Mate you’ve brought players back into the side who made it crystal clear they didn’t want to be here anymore; some like Winks are currently indispensable but we’ve got a future England CB not even making match day squads despite Oxford singing his praises last season because he’s decided to roll out Vestergaard and Faes. Read the ****ing room.

Funny that prior to the season starting everyone was expecting relegation as our team is so bad and now everyone expects us to win every game because apparently our team is so amazing??

Yet you hate every player in our team and call them all shit but expect them to win every game??

Few expected relegation. Most knew that promotion would be challenging, particularly given threat of points deduction. As ever, ignore the most positive and negative viewpoints

Behave. May be abysmal from an attacking point of view but Marti has largely been dealt that hand and trying to work with it. Only being able to bring in loan players and work with that rabble, is not a great position to be in. BDCR, Ayew and Daka can't score 10 goals a season between then under any manager.

That being said, I personally don't get his infatuation with playing Soumaré and/or Skipp.
