Alot of people giving her alot of credit in hindsight.

If the club was really being run so heavily against her views, and her influence as minimal as people are saying, she'd have walked long ago.

Shame it only cements the position of the other 2.

New challenge? Bigger club, foundations there to actually become a challenging club again.

Best TG(arguably) in the World. Exciting plans(not likely to take place soon) for expanding the ground and surrounding areas. Itd take a year or two but why not.

I've read plenty of blue tinted specs type stuff on here, but this has to be one of the most deluded posts in recent times. lol

But the losses are due to awful recruitment of playing staff and management. Was that her role? Genuine question

CEO signs off the budgets. Doesn't spend them. But the buck still stops.

Retail woman, who couldn't (wouldn't) even sell tickets. Dreadful. Good riddance to bad rubbish

rudders has seen her off then we’re stuck with him forever

Find it hard to believe Rudkin has 'seen her off'. Rudkin to the business entity is a total irrelevance.

Negotiating loans with Macquirie? Sitting down with Soulsby talking planning permissions? Pitching a sales deck to Chinese investment banks looking to invest in our stadium plans? Grilling the retail manager over an e-commerce contract? The food franchise? Talking with phoney betting companies in the Grand Cayman Islands how to stick dirty money in the washing machine?

If one went then they should both have gone

if rudders hasn’t gone then he’s not going anywhere under Top’s ownership

Looks like the 2022 end of season review has been finished and the blame apportioned.

Rudkin is working on the 2023 squad list first thing tomorrow, he feels on a roll now he’s put a tick on his To Do list!

Yes it is but in any normal set up she would have the power to say the Director Of Football has cost us that money by being shit and remove him. If she really did have no say in whether he stays or goes she should have walked years ago so I don't have any sympathy.

We have an absolute mess of a set up where Rudkin can make decisions sometimes but not when Daddy Top stomps his feet. There were reports last season he was "waiting for a decision from Top" about Ruud because he didn't know what was happening, and was shocked to see Top sack Cooper. Then we have Whelan unable to tell our owner that Rudkin is costing us all this money.

Just seen somebody claiming that her and Ruskin weren't on speaking terms for the past three years - surely not?

Also, is this likely why we're still without a sponsor?

im assuming securing a sponsor would have been her responsibility

Thank you for being a vocal opponent of the Super League when it was being bandied about, Susan.

Apart from that, you can do one, been every bit as much a key figure in our collapse as Rudkin, Top and Glover.

Top taking "temporary charge" of the CEO position is hilarious though - you watch us just happen not to hire to the position ever again.

Still, it's promising to see this happen - out of the blue too. Gives you hope that Rudders could eventually piss off too. Imagine Top taking on that role as well lol

She wasn’t 100% dedicated to Leicester anyway, as she has other roles.

It is also worth noting that a CEO in most companies is the person leading the strategy and decision making and holds ultimate responsibility for finances, risk management and relationships both inside and outside of the club.

A lot of that has been failing for so, so long.

The question is, was she ever in power, or was it Top or Rudkin.

The look on her face when she has the first Spring Roll at the Staff Christmas Party Buffet?

Priceless

If anyone would willingly choose to come and work for our clown  instead of Tony Bloom then I wouldn't want them anywhere near us anyway. They'd have to be mentally unwell.
