He did hold it too long, but he tried to push the ball into space to open up for a shot because we love taking 25 passes to get the ball outside the box only for the defenders to drop into a deep block to defend it. 
 

Carranza hasn’t done anything in blue yet, but he’s barely given the ball in a position he can actually do anything. 
 

Hes had 1 clear cut chance for us (which he fluffed), the rest of the games, we take so long to do anything in transition that by the time he gets the ball to his feet his 25 yards out, back to goal with 3 defenders behind him.
