Tell me we would be putting in performances as drab and lifeless as that if Pearson had this team as long as Marti has.
Not suggesting he would have us up there, but I would put everything on players like Nelson/Aluko/Page playing good minutes, and players actually fighting for the badge.
Christ, give this team to Neil Warnock and we put up better performances.

This really hasn't worked for Marti and at this point it feels like it's just a "bad fit" regardless.

I'm under no illusions whatsoever that sacking him actually solves that many of our problems but the guy is a complete fanny. Lifeless football, crap results - off you ****.

got it right defensively just not in the attack, we don't need three CM's especially when one is really ineffective.

Mav to start over Ayew and Hamza or Ricardo over Skipp... also Daka for Carranza maybe although he done ok today

1 more game for me.

Can't believe the excuse people are making for him.

It’s like stoke didn’t finish 18th and are now near the top of the table with pretty much the same squad.

”but the squad is shit”

When RVN left I said I wanted an old codger with the experience and personality to manage this squad.

Not:

a) a 30 something, so called tactical genius with white-soled shoes.

b) a cut and paste euro manager with some success at Viking FC.

Where is Sarri, Bielsa..... Pulis

I want to say we can find better but I don't think there is an answer until the whole club is refreshed and can only get better when majority of squad leave.

Is James that unfit that he needs to be dragged after an hour when Ayew can last all game.

I understand the options are poor and whatever he changes brings another negative but we need to go back to basics.

What ain’t helping is the way he describes in pre season how we would go for the kill when winning 1-0, press loads, lots of youth involved. We look polar opposite v how we played fiorentina

have seen none of it

Fiorentina are also shit, 0 wins in first 10 games and rock bottom of Serie A. So even that doesn't look fantastic in retrospect.

A lucky penalty and we never looked like scoring a goal from open play. The mascot would be a better striker !

His choice of subs and when he brings them on has me baffled, sick of seeing players just jogging around not challenging the opposition being yards from players they should be marking back peddling into our 18 yard box. No running off the ball  into space no making false runs no nothing. Thomas has no pace the only way he can stop them is to pull players back by there arm or shirt.

What have we become where are we going if I had a pound for every empty seat tonight I’d be rich.

I guess it’s because James actually runs round putting in an effort, would take it out of you

Ayew just sticks his arse out and tries to draw a foul, I could do that for 90 mins every week

Andy King in for Norwich please.

If he stays and we don’t win there, he’s a goner.

I think he's in last chance saloon at Norwich

They aren't. The striking options aren't ideal but a good manager makes a silk purse.

If you gave Mark Robins at Stoke a summer window of Faes, Vesty, Winks, Hamza, Ricky, Okoli, Stephy, Abdul, JJ, Ayew, Nelson, Monga and even Daka, Soumare and Skipp...we'd be miles ahead of where we are now.

My depressive argument that it’s pointless to sack him because we are ****ed anyway is probably now dead.

Yes our squad is shite, but it’s not 1 win in 10 shite.

It kind of is though

Currently averaging 1.28 points per game and scoring 1.14 goals per game for a team with promotion aspirations somehow I just cannot see him surviving, feels a lot like under Cooper I fear too many of the squad are just not having him and self preservation will mean a change is made sooner rather than later.
