Why did he take JJ off again? Was he injured? Bobby Reid forJJ when your trying to see the game out is mental if he wasn't injured.

Commentary said he had been playing with a slight knock

As underwhelming as expected by anyone that looked at nearly 2 seasons of mediocrity at QPR

He did do a good job in keeping them up from a difficult situation when he arrived but after that there was very little progress. Surely we should have at least been looking for somebody with a decent record at the top end of the Championship.

On a yellow to be fair but he is absolutely obsessed with taking James off.

I want to say we can find better but I don't think there is an answer until the whole club is refreshed and can only get better when majority of squad leave.

Is James that unfit that he needs to be dragged after an hour when Ayew can last all game.

I understand the options are poor and whatever he changes brings another negative but we need to go back to basics.

My main concern is, ideally you want the club to have a blueprint on the type of players to recruit, the type of staff, the succession plan when a manager is removed and who replaces him, a full blueprint of every single department pulling in the same direction, so that even when a manager leaves the next can come in and tweak and continue to improve, Under Pearson and Puel we had that. BR dismantled it and we are now struggling with overpaid dross. Problem is you're right, the whole club needs a refresh and Top has proven he doesn't know how to do it.

I don't particularly like the idea of a manager having total control over everything, but right now we need an experienced manager who can come in, identify the issues club wide and start to lay those foundations again. Pearson laid the foundations that gave us a decade of success, those foundations have crumbled because most of the people that came after wanted to go in their own direction and KP rightly or wrongly gave them the power to do so.

I would welcome coaches like Carlos Corberan and I was a very staunch advocate of Danny Rohl who don't yet have a track record of being foundation builders, but what I think this club really needs right now is a Pearson/Dyche/Puel type that are not afraid to upset people in order to uproot this club and fix it from the bottom up.

I really don't know what the immediate answer is, but I know we are in massive trouble under Marti.

not with the squad we have. Taking a risk and trying to not hire known crap like Dyche wasn't a mistake

Dyche isn’t crap mate he’s exactly what we needed.

Why does he seem a decent bloke. He's basically lied about what he said he was going to do.

I agree he lied re the youngsters - however some people have alluded to some pressure above? Who knows in reality

He's carrying an injury to try make sure he plays in the next game. Please read associated information

He's not leaving until we are all but relegated. RVN set the pace.

This is the concern

I do have some sympathy for him, there is some right duffers in this squad.

But in this division, 1 win in 9 and 4 wins in 13 is not good enough. He will be like lucky to be here by stoke.

What’s happened to his tactical ideas? After coming in, it was all about the spare man from full back, high pressing and getting the ball wide.

last night had no obvious instruction whatsoever. It was so uninspiring.

I’ve been impressed with how Marti came in, but the last few games have been so poor and I don’t see how that turns around. He isn’t the problem at the club, but he’s also not performing in his role at all.

clearly not or you'd be able to rebut anything. Dyche is as one dimensional as Cifuentes or any of the other crap we've had, and his one dimension is at odds with the squad we've built. thankfully it's immaterial, he's busy getting forest relegated for the foreseeable

I think some of the players are clearly not having him and plus given a good few also have their eyes on getting out of here it’s an absolute recipe for failure.

Something has happened since that Fiorentina game because it’s just dropped off the edge of a cliff since then.

One win last 10 games since reintegrating  certain individuals back into the starting XI and match day squads tells you all you need to know about the culture around the club and how damaging having players who have clearly checked out still involved is doing to results.

it’s so flat and you can see it’s sucking the life out of the players who do want to be here and the fans.

If it’s of Marti’s choosing to be selecting certain players then he can only have himself to blame however if this is a directive coming from elsewhere then if Marti does get the Norwich game I hope he goes rogue.

Didn’t marti start really badly at qpr to begin with and the tide changed back end of the season? Aslong as we don’t drop past 17th im willing to be patient

You’d better have good patience then!

I appreciate he’s not been helped with how badly Rudkin and Top run the club, but he has to go now. He’s out of his depth, there’s not a single positive thing he’s brought to the team so far, lied about his style of play (if he even has one?), makes the same mistakes every game, players look unfit, and someone else needs to try now.

If you ask me he was only hired as he paid 500k of his own cash towards the move.

Let's say we sack him. Do people really trust the people in charge to make the right decision for the next manager? Look at a wider range of possibilities?

They have got it wrong 3 times in a row, they're are inept bozos who shouldn't be near a football club.

It'll be rince and repeat. New face, same players, same issues, and then sacked or we are in league one.

0.03xg from open play last night - at home! You could forgive that against Man City maybe, not anyone in this league. He’s far from the main issue, we all know the squad isn’t good enough but he’s not even remotely getting the best out of what he’s got. I can’t get as passionate about the manager as usual because we’re going nowhere without big changes at the very top, but he’s a poor manager & shouldn’t be doing this badly. A matter of time before the inevitable.
