Football Operations Revamp - Hiring Technical Director, CEO, and Commercial Director - Rudkin moving 'upstairs'

Oh how wonderful. Basically experience limited to being an academy manager (like Rudkin). Big mates with Russell Martin and previously a direct report of Jason Wilcox, another absolute fraud of a leader. Never held a significant leadership position in an organisation of any decent reputation, and promoted within a business nearly as honking as we are for poor appointments and squandered investments. Another piece of the Southampton shit show we are taking away from them and so actually strengthening a competitor.
What could possibly go wrong with this appointment?

Jobs for the boys, yes men that Rudkin will probably oversee all decisions on.

At Southampton he helped transition Tyler Dibling into the first-team under Russell Martin before his £40million move to Everton last summer.

Talented youngster linked to loads of clubs from a young age and spun like it’s a masterstroke  to progress him because of his own natural ability

Taking someone from a club that has nearly as bad track record as we do decision wise.

Arguably worse, they have made some decent money in the last few seasons at least we have the excuse of being shit with no new faces in the door

Interesting that Man U poached Wilcox from Southampton now we are after Wilcox replacement.

Whilst not impressed, can he do worse than Rudders

He'll read that and think "Challenge accepted!".

Then appoint Russel Martin as our new manager who reintroduces Vestergaard, Faes, Thomas, Soumare, and Winks in his strategy to give everyone a clean slate and a fresh start!

And offer new contracts. Nothing like an experienced man for

the job.

he was only promoted 8 months ago

“We are delighted to announce that Andy Goldie has been promoted from Academy Director to Director of Group Talent Strategy“

Admirable trying to replicate Southampton... if it was 2014. 12 years later they're the only club nearly as poorly ran as us.

Assume we're using the same recruiters who found Glover then?

Well, uh, yeah, Jon Rudkin of course lol

Another day and another day of Leicester City Football Club pissing off the majority of its fanbase.

Granted it was never going to be a real high profile TD coming in but FFS this is so underwhelming on a par with Monica coming in as Interim MD, looks like fresh blood coming in but these people are so new they are just puppets to Top

and Rudkin, nothing will change and we will just carry on, on the same direction of travel but with an extra layer of cost and management to act as scapegoats. Absolutely sick of this regime and the self protection, lack of accountability and responsibility and continued gaslighting of the fanbase.

Sorry I should have specified, I believe we used an executive recruitment agency for Glover.

It's a voice that will say only what Rudkin wants to hear!
