None  of us want it , but it's probably going to  happen. The fans care but the players  don't ,and for that they deserve  a relegation  to league 1 on their cv.Bear in mind not all the shits will be gone in the summer  though  , some will still  be festering in the first team for a while yet.

I just hate most things about our club atm whether it’s our limp When you’re Smiling at the start of every game, the 1000’s of King Power FC fans or the fact we still have the likes of Hamza, Booby and Faes playing for us.

But no, relegation to League one would absolutely ruin us.

Bit of a silly question. If we go down to League 1 things will go from bad to worse for sure.

It'd possibly promote/tempt fan ownership, though.

The same loyalists will still claim how amazing this ownership is tbf so I don’t see how a relegation helps. I wouldn’t want us to play at that level again although there would be some good away days again.

No definately wouldn't want to see us L1. Understand the sentiment about wanting a reset.

Think best we stay in the championship and rebuild the squad over 3-4 transfer windows. It's going to take at least that long anyway for the dross to be out of contract.

I actually think Marti would be good for that he seems to have an eye for a player the same way Puel did but actually managing the team seems a bit much for him in the same way it was for Puel.

An old school manager with a Puel type director of football would be good at this point.

If the financial hit is big enough to force Aiyawatt to sell then yes.

The chances of him selling in the Championship are remote, the chances of selling in League 1, in my opinion, are non existent. The hit would probably be too much.

No. We were lucky how it turned out last time. Also worth remembering even though we were relegated we still had one of the best defensive records in the league. We only had a -3 goal difference. We still had team spirit and organisation. We just couldn't score.

If I thought it’d actually fix things and get new ownership and all would be good, I would say yes. In that I wouldn’t be fussed from a pride point of view and enjoyed the season down there before.

But I can’t actively want failure. And I absolutely don’t think it would fix things.

I do think administration is coming. But we would be better navigating that from the Championship.

I don't want us to go down but I also don't want us to go up. The first thing we'd do is offer the like of Winks, Faes, Soumare and Daka new contracts on their old PL terms because we'd believe that we couldn't afford anyone better despite them not being able to cut it at this level.

I think I know what OP means.  L1 was the nadir last time.  The point at which we stopped falling and began an upward trajectory again.

I don't want L1, but it feels like we have further to fall and I'm keen to get this part over with too.

If you answer 'yes' to this question then you're not a Leicester fan. Plain and simple. Fans don't want their teams to get relegated.

That's unfair.  I don't want L1, but any that do see it as part of a process of renewal.  We all want what us best for the club.

It won’t be. We’ll have the same owners in the division below.

Top owns the club personally, now they have a competent CEO there will be no multi-million bailouts.

In League One the losses are unsustainable, he’ll be far more hated than he already is, he’ll have to sack a load of non-playing staff, the media attention on his negligence is worse.

I don’t think he necessarily sells the club either but it becomes financially untenable over the long term
