What a half, first performance in a long time where the players actually look bothered. Looks like Winks has been as much of a toxic figure in the dressing room as I thought.

The intensity has been the difference but there have been times were they lapse back to default and look like they can be sliced through at ease, need to be careful during these periods. Years of dull soulless play cant be stamped out overnight but i hope this trend continues.

What has changed, it has been fabulous. Yes they are poor, but have faced sides just as poor and looked limp.

The removal of Winks?

Ricky has caused more issues than Jannik this half. Are we taking him off too?

But Ricky has also given more this half in a positive way. Like the time he lost the ball he ran his socks off to get the ball back.

Or Gerrard?

Yea, I edged more to Lampard as he seems to come into his element inside the box.

Skipp has been instrumental.Where has this Skipp been the last 1.5yrs

In fairness has barely had a consistent run in the team, perhaps just needs a manager who believes in him and look at him go. Been top class today not just in his off the ball work but in possession as well he has been excellent. Deserved his goal, and hopefully the turning point in his Leicester career.

Intent, energy, desire. Never underestimate what one or two bad characters can do to a side

That's completely true. Perhaps there was an undercurrent of resentment which has been removed with their dropping. Taken him (Cifuentes) long enough to read the dressing room. But Thomas, James, Fatawu and Mav have been on fire since the off.

No funny business at the start of the half.

Can't be letting an excellent first half go to waste with brain dead decisions.

Keep up the pace and intensity on and off the ball, keep creating opportunities and don't let them have a sniff of getting back into the game.

Skipp and JJ in the middle have been great! Made a huge difference. With Daka on the pitch I feel we could have had more. Ayew is too slow and lazy. Thomas does have a decent left foot, need him up there overlapping with Mav more. You can see Abdul wants one too. BDCR in the 10 is the best we have available at the moment and to be fair he's been decent.

He might be slow, but he isn't lazy. Can we just stop the hate for Ayew and BDCR. They might not be the mold you want for their positions, but you can't knock their effort and commitment imo

Anyone having a go at Ayew can do one. He’s had a bullet header wrongly disallowed and had another great effort saved. He might not be the paciest but he is a proper footballer unlike Daka

Reckon we could snatch a draw here if we score another

Yes he has, and Vestergaard has been about the sane as usual, ok. But yes he is on a yellow anyway. Sub him for who though?  :(

Unrecognisable from recent games. Shows what can happen when Marti ditches that useless show pony Winks. Winks always slows things down with his tippy tippy, look at me, go nowhere passing. On top of that, so many players putting a shift in at last.

I'd say Reid off fo Daka. Ayew drop into midfield.

Why would we take Reid off? Nothing needs to change
