We look a lot better with Choudhury and Page in midfield ahead of Skipp and Reid. Hopefully this is the way forwards, Evans instead of Ayew as well while we're at it.

Aluko for Thomas as well.

Choudhury is a funny player.

He comes in and you think he actually looks quite “good”. He’ll look comfortable on the ball and good in the tackle. Then the next time you seen him it’s like how the hell has he made it this far.

He can sadly never put a run of good performances together.

He hasnt played midfield for us much in the championship and you could say the same for Skipp whose last good game was probably 3 games ago.

Based on today I dont think it could hurt giving Choudhury a run in midfield. Skipp has had plenty of chances and aside from that false dawn a few weeks ago he has not delivered.

Because we are owned and led by someone that has none of the skills required of a successful executive.

That was bad enough until, witnessing our decline, he decided that more of him was the solution needed and promoted himself to a more active position, but doesn’t have the time, inclination or ability to give more.

The exceptionally poor executive level running of the club has made it rot from the Top down. Nobody gives their all for a boss / organisation that is inept and doesn’t care, quickly they become rotten too.

We are seeing the unrelenting failure of a leaderless business, and it’s going to get so much worse

Sheffield Utd fans loved him.

He's clearly capable at this level which is the frustrating thing. Just stop playing him at RB!!

Honestly think a lot of them think they are better and more important then they are and that the opposition will just roll over for them. World class training facilities, Premier league wages and having two meathead security guards walking next to them everywhere they go (which is completely OTT) gives them a massively unjustified ego imo. The Mavididi tweet at the start of the season says it all about the arrogance.

Majority of them need a reality check. They are average at best Championship players. The only way this is going to be resolved is by the big earners leaving and having a new approach to recruitment. Young, hungry players already from EFL clubs who know the league and intensity. Lower wages in line with other Championship clubs. Start cutting the debt so we can actually sign players in the first place

We’ve got an incompetent owner, who has neglected the football club to the point where it’s drifted.

He’s left a trolley boy in charge, who’s woefully under qualified to perform his role, leading in the mismanagement of contracts and finances, leading to multiple PSR breaches which are now coming to ahead.

With these contracts we hamstring ourselves into paying big wages for below average players who we then can’t sell on due to them massively losing value, leading to major losses.

We’ve lost the one good member of the boardroom, and haven’t replaced them.

Our owner thinks he can appease the fans with empty words, propaganda and freebies (who cares to work for some), but seldom do we see any actual action.

The financial woes have resulted in the club becoming terrified to make any investments through fear of repercussions, but it’s all entirely their own fault.

We’re now in a position where we can’t offer up any meaningful investment, we’ve clearly got an owner who’s lost interest and clinging onto the club to salvage memories of his late father….. we’re now regressing and will continue to regress until Too has finally let all of the life drain out of the club, by then it could be all to late to turn around, the value of the club will be on its arse, and no serious consortium will take it on. We will just become a shrine to that team that once achieved he unimaginable, but couldn’t sustain even a period of mediocrity after, let alone further long term success.

So in a nutshell, we’re shit because of ourselves, and it’s going to be a whole lot worse before there a chance of it getting better…..

At the start of the season I said that we would be challenging for our ninth title.  Clearly I was wrong but I stand by the idea that this £150m squad should be more than enough at this level, very few have squads to match ours on paper.  A functional striker might help but even so, this lot should be winning games.

The fact that we are losing games and actually being outclassed on a regular basis is an absolute disgrace.  We should be much, much better than this and the fact that we aren't shows the deep malaise hanging over the club and belies a squad of mercenaries, for a large part marking out time on their inflated contracts, devoid of any professional pride or backbone.

I have been disappointed with Marti, but I don't think there is a mamager alive that could get a tune out of this rabble.  They are already defeated.

Once a malaise has set in, the rot and stench can take some time to shake off.  Sometimes money can solve the problem, although that is out of the question, or you need a plan from the board, which is unlikely to happen.  So the only option is a coach manager with balls of steel, aka a Pearson-type personality, and that is a risk also; it can go either way.  So what hope do we fans have left: Prayer, Luck, or a Middle Eastern shiekh and pumping petro dollars into our club? I'm afraid it is going to be a bumpy ride for the next few years, and we fans will have to endure the roller coaster that has been Leicester City.

Agree.  I would add that kimg power is in trouble... they have sidelined top (as he is incompitent).  They have stopped cashflowing the club.

There was a sense yesterday that Marti could see there were weaknesses all over the pitch. I’m sure he has told the club what he needs but his inability to share his thoughts doesn’t inspire confidence that anything is imminent. You cannot lose the likes of Vardy Bilal Wilf and simply expect wingers and fringe players to be anywhere near the level

I cannot see anything other than going into administration within the next 12 -18 months if KP don't sell.

Years of bad decision making. Aside from the bonkers Thomas extension I think the summer was decent enough. We're going to need a few summers of clever transfer business. This year was always going to be a struggle, we've got a group that looked massively out of their depth at Premier league level and it's not a surprise to see a lot of them make up an inconsistent Championship team.

The next few summers will really be important for the club, get it as wrong as we have been doing and it'll be a painful existence fighting relegation.

Form says that we'll continue to make mistakes and continue to slide, but if they drop on lucky with the new director...if it ever happens then we might be able to stabilise and look up. We've got some really good talent coming through. We need to get them playing over the next few years, hopefully some will become good first teamers and some we will be able to sell on and start funding a better squad. They really are our last hope as we are scraping the barrel in terms of young talents that we can sell for decent money.

Not got the discipline to play that role for us. And in terms of on the ball ability, I think it was really highlighted when he a lot of time on the ball to ping it out to Fatawu and somehow he managed to just float it up there which allowed the fullback to win a header, when a decent pass doesn't even allow the fullback into play. That's an example of where things can look decent (if it went straight to his man) but the difference between being able to zip it out there and float one (which most of us could do) are what decent passer of the ball can do.

He needs to Sort this Schitt out not hide away in Thailand thinking everything is Rosy under the care of Rudkin & Co he needs to sort his football club out, it honestly feels like he’s fell out of love with the foxes when things are going Tits up but loving when we were doing well in the EPL he couldn’t stay away then, poor Vichai’s must be fuming it’s as if his legacy has been destroyed !

I've wondered something similar myself.

We may have to factor in Thai culture I think with regards to some of this, something I have no knowledge on.

I must stress here that I am in no way supporting, defending or looking for excuses for the "Nepo Baby"

Culture aside,  he is still his own person and therefore a spoilt, incompetent, waste of space, not fit to be associated with the club.

Simply because no one cares

The Owners don't

The Board don't

The Manager doesn't

The players don't

There is simply no effort at the club by anyone

I think that's harsh on Marti I think he cares he's not good enough to do anything about it though
