Who do we think then?

So many people speaking of Arsenal as if it’s a formality. Citeh dropping points where you’d not expect- granted

But we’ve not even got to the FA Cup and more importantly the CL knockouts yet. Only 6 points in it, both to play each other at the end of April

To me it’s far far too early to write Citeh off given their title run in experience and Arsenals lack of

Reluctantly, Arsenal.

Man City not seeing Chelsea off today has done it for me. Arsenal are grinding out wins and seem to have the depth this time round.

It'll be Arsenal. Reminds me of when Liverpool finally won it after chasing Man City for a few seasons. They'll win it by a good 10-15 points IMO.

Prior to the season I thought Man City as I couldn't imagine Pep going two years without winning it.

I have voted for Arsenal now though, as the season unfolds, they seem to grind out wins. Be interesting to see if they can hang on to their lead.

Arsenal just, mainly for a bit of variety but Arteta makes it difficult to want them to win it.

Actually, think the playing staff, with a couple of exceptions, are quite likeable and they play decent football. They need to win it this year though, not enough is made about their net spend under Arteta.

It was only a few weeks ago that Arsenal were dropping points and everyone was talking about them bottling it again.

Long, long way to go and pressure starts to do odd things to results at both ends of the table. Plenty of twists and turns left yet.

Arsenal will do a Spurs bottle job towards the end of the season.  Admittedly, they are flying at this moment in time, but there is still a way to go.  Money bags, City,

will probably buy two more in January to get them over the line.

Arteta is hard to like even for me.  I think the main difference this season though is squad depth, which is the deepest I have ever known it and better than Man City’s. We still lack a clinical striker and that might cost us in some tight games.  However, if we don’t win it this season we never will under this manager.

Arsenal for me, just overall the best and most reliable team, particularly defensively. Maybe it's lingering memories of last season but I really don't trust this version of Man City.

The only thing that stops Arsenal imo is Arsenal - I think at times under Arteta their desire to win spills over into desperation and becomes a hindrance, like when you sometimes get these games they're clearly good enough to win fairly easily but instead they seem determined to turn it into a grinding, attritional slog, almost as if to prove a point. Maybe nerves and/or self-consciousness will get the better of them but I'm not convinced Man City will maintain sufficient pressure for it to be of any consequence.

Think everything is clicking for Arsenal and Man City still aren't quite firing.

Would actually prefer Man City to win it as Arsenal fans have become unbelievably annoying.

Actually do think it's finally Arsenal's time but I'm rubbish at calling PL winners, I often go against Man City and often get proven wrong in doing so.

Something missing with Man City. Obvious to say now but just not quite the same without a fit and firing De Bruyne and a lot of their players aren't quite what they were.

No-one will focus on how poor and inconsistent the opposition have been if and when Arsenal win, unlike our win...

I think Arsenal winning may be more insufferable than when Liverpool won it. More for their fans than anything they’re the most deluded out there. At least Liverpool fans have a real good history of winning things to back all their talk up.

Arsenal have won it only twice this century and the last one was 22 years ago.

I’ll be happy to see Rice and Saka win it though.

Man City missing their two best centre back for at least six weeks, with their others not at the level and/or always injured. Wouldn’t be surprised if Rodri ends up there for a while. If anyone can win the league 6 points adrift it’s them, but for me it’s Arsenals to lose.

Arsenal. Built around a very decent defence. There's a vulnerability to Man City that hasn't been there in previous title challenges. Not just the Chelsea slip but they drew the game before that too. With Rodri back they may go on a 10+ game winning run, but I don't see it.

Rather City, and think it will be. Arsenal always find a way to throw it. No pain if City win it too, they've done so so many times that it's irrelevant.

Anyone but Villa. Cannot be arsed with the comparisons to our title winners when they have spent hundreds of millions of pounds. They've done well, but it ain't the same.

Such dull champions imo but whatever

Their fans will be even more unbearable than they already are

I think Arsenal are great to watch as a neutral. Prefer watching them over Manchester City as they seem more direct.

Also Arsenal have scored only 5 goals less than Manchester City, with a game in hand.

Anyone but Liverpool and Arsenal and I’m happy.

I’d rather Forest or Coventry win in than them two.
