We only did business in 2023 I think to try and avoid relegation. That was a disaster. Looking at that list, i wonder at what point Top took over the club...... 2
Lad1966 Posted 20 January Posted 20 January We should just change the Transfer Talk to No Actual Transfer, but interested in Talk 1 2
HankMarvin Posted 20 January Posted 20 January (edited) The worrying thing is the squad value is plummeting fast, if you look at transfermarket as a rough guide, we are bolstered with players values that are on the way out. It’s currently at 126m the lowest it’s been since we were promoted in 13/14. Thats with £15m of loan players By the time winks, Soumare, Okoli, VK, Daka, and Winks leave that’s £45m of that value gone plus the 2 loans that’s a squad worth about £66m and its mostly Fatawu and Monga value. I know these are rough guides but the squad is so desperate for investment to try and develop future assets Edited 20 January by HankMarvin 2 1 1
Grebfromgrebland Posted 20 January Posted 20 January (edited) Our downward trajectory full has a fair way to go. Edited 20 January by Grebfromgrebland

cruzFOX Posted 23 January Posted 23 January Where is the transparency Top talked about? He hasn’t got any closer to the fans and certainly hasn’t repaired the trust he admittted on camera that has gone in fact it’s getting even worse. 😡
CloudFox Posted 23 January Posted 23 January (edited) At what point do we start a crowdfunding campaign 😅. If nothing else, it would get media attention for the plight we find ourselves in, and massively embarrass Top... Edited 23 January by CloudFox
davieG Posted 24 January Posted 24 January maybe we can add to this list - source unknown and un-verified 1 1
ceebeefox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Considering this is the third window where nothing is happening, what are our recruitment team doing? Do we still have one? Why are we paying them? 1
chuck'em Posted 24 January Posted 24 January Who needs a recruitment team when you can just take any muck your favoured agents offer you
73LCFC Posted 24 January Posted 24 January The only thing that’s happening is we’re going down. There will be no signings as all monies saved & loaned from the bank is propping up King Power.

South Shire Fox Posted 24 January Posted 24 January (edited) Could of brought in players on loan like Toby Collyer/Harry Amass who would of improved our team while costing very little. Instead we’ve sat back like we always do and now are going to be feeding off scraps towards the end of the window if anything. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail Edited 24 January by South Shire Fox 2
Steve Earle Posted 25 January Posted 25 January The Guardian’s report on the Cifuentes sacking states clearly that we’re limited to loan signings this window… 1

Cropwellfox Posted 25 January Posted 25 January Might get one or two on loan if the mercenary Winks ****s off somewhere

hinkfox21 Posted 26 January Posted 26 January Have it on good authority that we are in the market for a GK. Been told we have a shortlist of 3. 2 in the championship and 1 in League 1. I have a feeling (but this is feeling) not the gent i know, that its Sam Tickle from Wigan. A high Ceiling to improve but will cost a little because of this. 1
