It’s giving me Steve Cooper MK2 vibes, was always available and in the end was the only one remotely interested in taking the job after a glutful of big unattainable names have told us to do one.

Done well at Millwall, Birmingham and Derby at this level. And kept Oxford up in fairness 

 

Didn’t work out at Stoke but they paid good money for him for a reason.
