In fairness to him he hasn’t really got any other option, and we can’t run Daka into the ground.

Honestly? Rowett could fish his own half-time shit out of the bog and stick it up front and it would offer us more.

Genuinely, literally anyone else on the bench would be better. Anything with two working legs. 100%.

But no one REALLY knows if carsley is any good do they.  Rowett has a whiff of NfP about him.

England not do anything for you or others?

He would know the best U21s in the country and those there or there abouts that we could get on loans or even permanent deals.

Go back to our old model what actually worked. Get the mix with with experience and youth. It might take a season possibly two but that's how we rebuild imo

I like him. Clearly knows how to set up a side and to motivate the players.  No way would we of got a point there under the previous managers.

He also has a nice hat.

Just out of curiosity if he keeps us up would people want him to get the job permanently?

Or even if he takes us down but we do improve week on week but we just brought him in too late?

When he was appointed, I said no, but I’m already having a change of heart. He’s already giving me vibes of a manager that could improve our culture and stabilise us, which ideally are two things we desperately need.

If we went down, League 1 is littered with managers who have been around the block in the lower leagues, or managers who have made the step up from being an assistant or coach. If you don’t gamble on a novice, then keeping Rowett in League 1 makes a lot of sense.

Id rather Aribo, holds the ball up just as well and seems ever so slightly more capable of running.

There are other options. Anyone who can move would be better. Ayew plays with the energy of someone with norovirus that hasn't eaten for a week.

It all depends on if the players want to play for him and the fans (and there wages), hopefully they do and he can keep us up.

50/50

Still think up to Charlton are the teams in the mix, not just West Brom.

It seems that way at the moment

That said, I think the club needs to take some of the player power away from them and have a manager that they back. There is a few that are out of contract in the summer so don’t expect every player to buy into him but as long as there is an identity and a core building then im happy

Quite impressed with his first 2 games. He seems to have instilled a bit of solidity and fighting spirit into this soft group of pricks. Tactically not as much of a dinosaur as I first feared either.

I think he has done that, Winks is playing for him and you would expect most of the other to be as well, having players out of contract and playing in the XI may be an issue though but we are thread thin at this point.

Tracksuit manager who is vocal on the touchline, love it. Not some bellend displaying his designer coat collection throughout the season without raising his voice once

Yeah, how bad does Cifuentes look right now?

He just feels the right fit as a Leicester manager

At the moment he’s just what we need. Put some fight back in the team
