He’s been worse than bad but we’re a toxic club right now.

If us getting relegated to League One doesn’t finally drain the swamp (with risk of us folding) then we are truly are cooked aren’t we?

Rowett 100% should not be kept on regardless though.

What is the solution though? He has a choice between 20 or so very useless players

He can tell the wingers to stop trying to skin everyone, he can get them to stop standing still and wanting to receive the ball standing still.  Run into space, overload, offer support.

Try a formation that isn't 4-2-3-1? Hardly rocket science

Exactly, we should be attacking a side all out like wednesday, especially 1 nil down

I do think the players have to take most of the blame but not making a sub until nearly 70 minutes was insane. He needs to be much braver in selection and approach. 1 up front and 2 CDMs against a team that bad was not the way to go.

An asymmetrical 3 at the back based on the end of the first half was needed. Just enough covering players but focus on getting people in the pockets.

Absolutely diabolical decision to not make subs until the 65th minute. Complete waste of a first half where we were creating nothing and anyone could see we needed to  change it up against a back 3

Serves up the same every match. Same tired formation, same players playing the same cautious football, same subs. No doubt same bullshit sound bite at the end too. 1 point a match. Get him in the bin.

Another manager who can only set the side up one way. There was a reason he was sacked by Oxford. **** him off

Can F off as well, genuinely somehow made us worse. 1 win in 7 under him?

Haven’t checked but that’s actually somehow an improvement on Marti

Proper manager. Give him the rebuild and see if we can draw our way to League One survival next season I reckon because he just gets it.

These last two games have shown up his limitations, two must win and very winnable games against one team on the beach and the other who has won one game all season and guess what he goes with the same old same old formation and tactics, and we end up having to rely on late equalisers in both to snatch a draw from the jaws of defeat.

He is woefully out of his depth when he has to select a team to go out on the front foot and attack the game. His stock tactic is to set up not to lose rather than to win the game. Hence why we bottle so many winnable games under him and our best performances have been away games against opposition near the top of the table.

And my point is that that’s the players not the manager.

To which he keeps selecting the same players, doing the same formation, waiting far too late for subs.

He doesn’t think outside the box. Hes not even trying something different.

Mavididi needs dropping for example. Waits so late today. Keeps playing Winks and it’s not working. Keeps choosing Okoli, he’s pants

But in league 1 with this squad  it is his level.

Would we be any worse off if we'd just kept Steve Cooper on all this time? I don't think we would.

The issue we have is that the fckwits that run the club seem to appoint a worse manager every time we make a change.

We have a squad that's overhyped or over-the-hill with no confidence. A lot of the established players have been carried by better players in their career; youth players come in and we look worse. So I have some sympathy with Rowett.

But how many times can you trot out 4-2-3-1 when it clearly doesn't work and see the same problems. One of our strikers can't run, the other can't control a ball. They don't work as a single striker. As soon as we went 2 up top they looked better.

It shouldn't take till the 70th minute losing against Wednesday to try something different.
