Looking at the fixtures, I feel Portsmouth and Oxford are the 2 most likely to save us. WBA have some winnable games. Alot will be decided on the remaining relegation battle fixtures each team has.

I agree with this, it is in our hands, we should have enought to stay up

We should have had more than enough to not be in this position in the first place but here we are.

The form suggests we’re relegated. Plus we can’t score goals, and can’t defend. So, where exactly is this confidence coming from?

We've scored more than all of our rivals. Much more. The issue is conceding but in Rowett's 7 games we have picked up 2 clean sheets so that's a start.

Not that I'm confident per say but some of the comments are wild given how bad Portsmouth and Oxford are too. We have three/four games that are winnable while both Portsmouth and Oxford have tougher games in that time and also have to play each other.

I actually think we will do it. The tightening of the defence is jey and keeping lacelles fit. We see to have scored goals most of the season. Agree friday and monday are big though!

Whilst admiring the positives, we show little in the way of fight, haven't got a striker & apart from the great escape season, show nothing in the way of showing up when the manure hits the fan. Happy Easter.

We absolutely should.

It's not in our hands mate. Portsmouth are a point above us with a game in hand, we could beat them and still go down. West Brom and Blackburn are 4 points ahead of us, we might not get 4 more points by the end of the season.

Total points suggest otherwise

Definitely think we stay up, my confidence in us building and not continuing to regress isn't there though haha.

we will know by Monday evening, this weekend 100% defines the season IMO

Ultimately it's likely to be the 6 point EFL deduction appalling mismanagement of the club in all areas that relegates us.

fixed that for you ;)

I want us to stay up but I don’t think we will.

I think it’ll be tight- we’ll be able to look back on one of two things that put the final nail in our coffin

1. the points deduction

2. taking 3.5 weeks to employ an unemployed manager

While we're only adrift by like a point or two I'm not sure why anyone would assume we're already down or laugh at anyone saying we might stay up.

If it goes to the last game then all it takes is a dodgy ref decision one way or another and you stay up or go down.

Yeah we're shit and not picking up points but then everyone else down there is down there for a reason.

If we were in any way a decent side it wouldn't be a huge issue.

We simply have to get 6 points from these games, anything less is not good enough. Unfortunately we cant compare these spineless bunch of muppets to the 14/15 team in terms of the effort they will put in.

I mean, even if we don’t go down this season and stay up by the skin of our teeth, it’s plainly obvious that nothing changes next season and it will be Déjà vu.  It’s almost like we need another relegation to fully press reset.

its a weird one.  I don’t want Leicester to get relegated for obvious reasons, but on the flip side I wouldn’t be upset about it because it’s a massive middle finger to management and owners who are reaping what they sow

There seems to be a lot of gloom and doom, we are not down yet, I think we can get to safety and build next season.

Is there anyone with something positive to say instead of negative drivel

It won’t, it will be the bellends that run the club that have relegated us. The 6 point deduction is merely a product of their work.

I do think it will go down to the last day, hoping it’s in our hands at that point but can’t trust this lot especially after that Southampton game.
